Great location! Convenient, walk-able access to museums (the Gerald Ford and the GR Public Museum are just across the street) and just a quick walk to the city center. Staff was courteous and efficient. The room was not spacious, but it was comfortable. If the street noise is too much for you, they have white noise machines available to help drown it out.

Rooms are tired and the staff is rude. The pictures look nice. The entrance is beautiful. The outside looks great. But the rooms are warn, dark and tired. When I tried to checkout and get a refund it was denied. Checking in they just seemed like I was bothering them. Very disappointing.

The lobby is very warm and inviting. The lobby bar is inviting and the staff welcoming. They have a good selection of wines and local craft beers - even on tap. The restaurant, unfortunately, is only so-so It's almost like a different establishment. The staff are distant (over worked?) and the menu and food prep is lacking. That said, the bar food - beer-cheese dip & pretzels are great! As are the sliders!

I stayed one night and had dinner in the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Loved the free parking. The only thing was the weird lighting situation in the room; when you walk in the door and flip the switch, the bathroom lights turned on. Food at the restaurant was tasty, and our server was super quick and friendly. Location was also great, I walked to the Intersection from here for a concert, took about 10-15 minutes.

Very nice, clean hotel. Staff was very great. Restaurant was great. Only thing I would have wanted was a bigger room. Wasn't much room. I wouldn't want to be stuck in the room with kids. No where for them to sit on the floor and play. Had to sit on the beds. Had 2 queen size beds but was like sleeping on a double. But slept well.

Great downtown location. Accessible walking to nearly everything. Nice, clean, average hotel rooms. Loved the bar and restaurant. Delicious salmon, burgers, etc.! Friendly staff at front desk and restaurant.

A nice hotel just across the river from a lot of restaurants. Within walking distance of the convention center and a few museums. Rooms are nice and they offer free earplugs and white noise machines if the city noise is too much for you. Easy to get to right off the highway as well.

Mediocre at best, not really impressed. Sheets were dirty when we checked in. Some guest let their dog poop right outside of the front entrance and staff took a while to clean it up after other guests stepped in it and tracked it everywhere. Location is good, that's about all it really has going for it.

The hotel is located right in downtown Grand Rapids, in walking distance from many things to do. They have parking at the hotel at no extra cost. There's a bar and restaurant in the hotel. The rooms are clean with a mini fridge and microwave in each. Would definitely stay here again.

Location was a little tricky to turn left into. It is close to some restaurants and museums. It I very nice and clean inside. The rooms are nice. Sink outside of the bathroom. No microwave or fridge in room. Some of some residents are a little loud but it's close to campus so that is to be expected. Not to bad at night though.

Was easy to find just off of the highway. Easily in walking distance from the Grand Valley Pew Campus. Clean rooms and helpful desk staff.

I enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn. My room was lovely and the cookies in the lobby were a nice touch! The only drawback was that the hotel is right next to the freeway, which is great for driving in and out of the city, but it's noticeably noisy at night and that made it hard to sleep. They do offer free sleep masks and ear plugs, which I didn't ask for since I only stayed one night, but for a longer stay I'd probably give that a try.

It was an absolutely beautiful hotel. Everything was very clean and well kept. The rooms were stunning and the staff was really friendly. I would definitely visit this hotel again.

Good hotel! Great location within walking distance of a lot of Grand Rapids attractions. Staff was friendly. The hotel offers a complimentary white noise machine for sleeping, which I'd never seen before, so we took advantage of that. Bed was comfy and clean, tons of pillows. Would stay here again!

The staff and services are great. If you forget any toiletries like shaving cream and a razor, they have you covered. There is a bar and restaurant on premises which are pretty good. There is a short walk to a fancier hotel with very nice restaurants like Ruth's Chris or if you want somsthing less costly, a sports bar. The room could be a little more modern, especially the bathroom, but it is still more than satisfactory.
