This place is great!
Fair prices, clean, friendly, pool, hot tub, arcade, and free breakfast with a lot of diversity.
They treated this veteran and his family with dignity and respect.

This was hands down the best hotel experience we have ever had! The hotel staff is ridiculously kind, friendly, and helpful. They made us feel welcome and at home and were happy to suggest nearby food options that were delicious. Our room was spacious and crazy clean with a comfortable bed and all the amenities you could hope for. There are even board games and books available for guests in the lobby and and cookies and fruit infused water available at the front desk 24hours a day! Breakfast was delicious and when I asked about gluten free options they had a whole list of things that they could make! The hotel is located right off the freeway with easy access to anything you might want to do. Long story short: BOOK THIS HOTEL NOW!

The location is great. All the places to venture too are close in proximity of the Hotel. Clean , staff was great rooms very spacious. Would make a return visit.

Nice and easy access off the highway. Nice clean rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast has a nice variety and they have their own spacious dinning area. Would recommend.

Great hotel, clean and quiet. Continental breakfast provided late enough to actually attend. Would recommend to anyone. Very easy to get to from 96. And very easy to get back to 96 to leave.

I would definitely return to this hotel when coming back to town. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I came here for work and coming here after a long day was definitely relaxing. Very clean and welcoming establishment.

Stayed here for a conference, the hotel was very clean, breakfast was amazing and all the staff were very nice and accommodating. Stayed on the 5th floor, couldn't hear interstate traffic because I had the air on to mask it. Bed was comfy had six pillows in the room too!! No issues during my stay and I would definitely stay again. The downstairs is very homey with nice chairs and free cookies.

Great place to stay. Large clean rooms, and a very friendly staff. I'd recommend this place highly to anyone. However, I've stayed in many places just as nice for less. Places like in San Francisco and Seattle for instance. Sorry Country Inn and Suites, but Grand Rapids doesn't compete with either of those places with attractions. That's the only reason for 4 stars. Otherwise it would be a 5.

Convenient location just off the expressway made participating in a friend's wedding easy. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, I was even allowed to check in early. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I found non-down pillows in the dresser drawers. The pool area downstairs looked nice but due to time constraints I did not get the chance to swim.

We stayed at the Grand Rapids location. The room was pretty nice. It had the standard amenities. The only issue I had was the bed. It was way too stiff. I tossed and turned all night. Other than that our stay was perfect. Very clean

Excellent service and hospitality. Easy check in and the rooms were above expectations. Pool and game room very clean and well kept. Kids loved those areas. Would definitely recommend to everyone who is wanting to stay.
