It was nice enough, but there were some amenities that could use improvements. A small cook top in the suite would be nice.

My family and I were traveling to Dallas,Texas for funeral. We have stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in the past. When we stopped at the Holiday Inn Express Dallas, we checked in and went to our room. Upon arrival into the room I was hit with the smell of insecticide. There were dirty socks in the closet. The bathrooms were filthy the desk had dirt underneath the glass protective cover. We called the front desk and said we cannot stay here. The front desk offered us another room. We move the cart and everything on it to another room. Upon arrival to the new room, it to smelt of insecticide also causing my husband to sneeze and have allergy issues. I was getting a migraine from the smell. The carpet did not look clean the bathroom was not clean we needed to leave. I went to the front desk, and voiced my concerns about the filthy rooms. I told her we are not staying here and we are leaving. There was no manager on duty. She said I was forced to pay for that evening. We were only at your establishment for 20 minutes before we left. I have stayed at Holiday Inn Express before. This was the most disgusting hotel room I have ever seen in my life. There was a man throwing up outside in the parking lot. As I looked up at a sign it read we are not responsible for theft or items from your car. We did not feel safe and left the Holiday Inn Express.

Lovely place and got it for a good price. Staff were helpful and friendly, no smell was present and our room was very clean. Breakfast was great and on time, wouldn't mind coming back again.

Terrible guest service. Jennifer Wright, the supervisor is rude and discriminatory. Shan got loud and rude with me over a simple question. The rooms are molded. I had to visit Urgent Care for breathing difficulties. I've never stayed at a poorly managed Holiday Inn Express until this one. The odor of rotting milk is everywhere. The walls look molded. The entire place looks like a dump. DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION, YOU'LL REGRET IT!

I do NOT recommend this hotel. It SMELLS terrible, I mean a strong oder of many gross things. It was NOT clean and extremely dated. Hard to eat breakfast because of the awful smell. The lobby is deceiving. And lock your vehicles the neighborhood is not the best. On an up side, the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Decent place, but on the budget side. It is well located within a restaurant complex. Even though the hotel does not have room service, it is usually not a problem due to this. Breakfast is free and is decent too.

Very disappointed Holiday Inn Express would attach their name to this hotel. This is incredibly subpar to any other Holiday Inns I have stayed in. VERY dated, poorly renovated, odor in hallways and rooms. Old AC units with water damage on walls around it in the room. However, it did work and keep room cool. The carpet is old and outdated, rooms were repainted but poorly done, and the bathroom was clean but old. Doors of all rooms were scratched, dented, and in terrible shape. The the room had zero art on walls and no curtain. I have stayed at a motel 6 that was nicer than this.

When I arrived, they had my reservation wrong and gave me a room that smelled like smoke. I went back to the front desk and they promptly fixed it. The breakfast is good, like all Holiday Inn Express. Of all the Holiday Inn Hotels I've stayed in during my years of traveling for work and with my family, I would rank it as the worst I've stayed in. All in all, not bad for one night.

I couldn't stay at this place. The hotel as a whole is dated and dirty. When I got to my room, I saw a dying roach and some stains on the bathroom floor. I went back down to the lobby to check out and noticed 2 pill bugs on the floor. I reported this and the attendant took a push broom and swept the bugs up. She didn't seem to surprised about the reported bugs. I told her that could not stay at the hotel for those reasons, and she didn't even offer a refund until I asked. She also only refunded one of the two nights, even though I never stayed there. On my way out, I came across a centipede, not too far from the breakfast area. Disgusting.

Price/performance ratio is good. Hot tub and pool. Breakfast included but nothing special.
