We came for a wedding and had a great experience! Joesph was very welcoming and helped out our entire family, and we have a lot of family at the wedding!

Hotel is in a great location! Right next to the outlet mall, tons of places to eat nearby, and a nice surrounding area. Room was nice and clean. Friendly staff. Was there for a wedding/overnight guest. Ballroom is a good size.

Great location relative to all the fun things to do in Allen. It's a short walk to the event center, shops, restaurants, and top golf. Besides all that the hotel is beautiful and clean, the staff is all so friendly and any event done there is never less than amazing. The event planner is top notch and she cares about the customer and making their event special.

I don't understand the very good reviews. Housekeeping is terrible. They didn't do our room the first day. We called at 4:00pm the second day to make sure they were going to clean the room. They didn't refill towels or change the used glassware and didn't refill the kleenexes. On the third day still change of glassware. I called and they delivered "clean" ones, that look they they got a quick wipe with a dust rag and still have some beverage residue at the center. They also haven't changed the sheets in 3 days. All the guy at the front desk had to say was "it's not like we're doing it on purpose". Well I sure hope not!
When to talk to the housekeeping manager, they told me nobody was available.

Blaring liberal 30.06 signs on the doors. Do they not know what state this is? So only the criminals will have firearms here, no good citizens. I can't feel this is safe for my wife and kids to stay at. Parking garage is shared for mall area, and witnessed thugs walking around there at night. You are a sitting duck here. Plus, room was small and had a bad smell, even though it just recently opened.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING SO FAR!!!! We are staying here for three more nights and I'm excited. The staff is so nice and the beds are comfy and clean. The food is great. This is the best hotel I've ever been too!

Lot's of choices to dine out near by with movie's and shopping near by as well. You don't have to leave far the area is extremely convenient. Easy to get anywhere since it's near 75. The hotel rooms are good enough but leave more to be desired for my taste. Hot was out of service.

Outstanding location so much nearby, staff very friendly and able to assist. Ample parking and night that is free and safe. It's a haul from DFW in traffic but it was worth it in the end. Will stay here again

Absolutely Horrible experience. Me and my husband checked in to our suite 805. On Thursday 5-11. We got to our room relazed a bit and started getting ready for the wedding reception we were in town for. Went in to the bathroom to take my makeup off when I grabbed the towel after washing my face. It had blood on it it grossed me to the point. That we decided to check out and go down the street to another hotel. I took pictures and will be more then happy to show. My husband took the towel gave it to the gentleman at the front desk along with our room keys. His name was Jose I believe. We later contacted Marriott and was informed we will get a refund along with 50000 points for the inconvenience and hope we will give them another chance. My husband then called the hotel to verify indeed that is what will happen. He spoke to Jose who stated he was the manager and indeed that was the resolution they will provide. He had taken down my husbands Marriott rewards information along with his email address. And advised him that he will email once the refund and points has been issued. It has been 3 days and we have not seen the refund , points or any email from them. I would like to just warn everyone when you check in make sure the room,towels, bathroom is fully cleaned as some of us do have kids with us. I'll probably never stay at this property due to poor management.

It was more than we needed for one night but it was great. Everyone was very nice and the room was perfect. I'd stay there again if needed. We were only there for a soccer tournament and didn't want to drive back so late.

I love this hotel, Me and my friend go at least once every two months and its amazing. the staff is awesome and friendly and room service is perfect. If the bed was softer it would be 7 stars.
