Expected more since we used to stay in Hyatt Allen which is new construction. This place is old. We got problem with toilet, it runs water all night after flushing, which made noise a lot. Towels are not soft enough. Beds are always being kept good. Breakfast is super. It changes everyday, waffle, pancake, buiscuit,

Rooms are pretty large and the beds are comfy. The room service is prompt although there seems to be an issue where the a/c doesn't want to stay on past a certain temperature even if you adjust it when you set it to auto. The staff is nice and there's plenty of parking. There's also tons of places to eathe within a 10 minute drive of the place.

We really enjoyed staying here. It would be five stars but I am sensitive to scents & the scent in the lobby was to me overwhelming. Our room was our sanctuary for the weekend. The bed was so comfortable! We also enjoyed sitting on the couch to let the day's activities soak in. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a technical difficulty with booking. I'm a Hyatt member and booked my trip two weeks in advance with one of my employees. Each of us booked two rooms. The hotel had no rooms when we arrived with two others. Hyatt offered no solutions. We had to find four rooms that same day elsewhere. I was displeased. We stayed at a competing property. It was my first bad experience. I hope it doesn't happen again.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Business center was quiet and well equipped with convenient outlets for charging. Menu had a good selection of options and service was great! Free breakfast was wonderful with lots of hot food options

The experience at the Hyatt was great. Good service and the breakfast was great. There are many options to choose from for dinner near the hotel if you choose to eat outside of the hotel. Rooms were nice and tidy when we arrived. Great stay overall.

Under major renovation. Stay here if you like to: breathe dust in the lobby;
wait more than 5 minutes for the elevator because workers dont let you in;
Listen to loud construction noises and trucks all day long not being able to sleep;
Wait till 3 pm and still housekeeping service not showed up.
If you like a calm, clean, comfortable staygo somewhere else!!!!

The double rooms are nice and spacious. Comfortable beds and the food is very good from the 24 hour menu. When we arrived we found a pair of underwear in the bathroom but housekeeping came right away to remove it. Breakfast offerings are really good. The English muffin I grabbed smelled a little funny and their Toaster might need to be fixed though. All in all a pretty good hotel experience. Would stay again.

It looks like this hotel is currently being renovated. I was on one of the old style floors and the quality was as good as any other time I've been here. Very friendly staff, clean spacious rooms.

We always stay at Hyatt place due to their consistency. This one is great. They also have a shuttle to the Gaylord 24/7.
