This is a basic hotel for the DFW area. It is a short drive to the airport. The rooms are spacious and clean however they are somewhat dated. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. There is also a convenient shuttle service. The hotel is close to good shopping and restaurants however you will need a car.

I would have given it 4 stars if not for the unreliable shuttle service. We called as soon as we landed and they said they would be their in 15 minutes, no problem except after 30 min no show, we called again and they said he just left. Another 30 minutes still no show so we call a third time and they apologized and said they were in a shift change and he’d be there in 15 minutes. Told them forget it and ubered it.
Hotel itself is clean and comfortable room/bed. Would stay here again but get your own ride.
Other drawback is only one nearby restaurant, be prepared to drive as this hotel is in the middle of a giant business park.

Pretty standard hotel room + breakfast. I got the sofa bed in our room and it was comfy enough. Good service, clean, etc. Water pressure in the shower could be a bit higher but that's not a big deal.

Do Not Stay Here! Stayed here with my father for a Cowboys game. We had to wait over an hour before checking in because the computers were down, despite the fact that we did mobile check-in and a key should have been waiting for us! When we finally got to the room there were coffee grounds still in the coffee maker. When I woke up the first morning there was a bobby pin with a hair in the bed. I have no hair. These two things are CLEAR indications THAT MY ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED. I SLEPT IN A SHEET THAT SOMEONE SLEPT IN THE NIGHT PRIOR! When I informed the front desk she sent someone to clean the room. I marked the sheet with hair gel before she cleaned the room and sure enough the mark was still there when we got back. They didn't change the sheets they just re-made the same dirty bed. The manager Maritza's explanation was that it must have fallen out of the cleaning woman's hair. Really? I would have respected if she would have just admitted the room wasn't cleaned properly, but to basically tell me what I saw is essentially wrong is egregious!

The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because Danielle from the front desk did everything in her power to fix things. Her boss seemed to just shrug the situation off, whereas Danielle begged a cleaning lady off duty to rectify the issue for me. Easily one of the worst hotel experience I've had.

Room was very clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful. Location had a small pool (briskly cool) as well as a spa and workout center. The in house restaurant and bar had decent food, but was pricey ($11-16) for a burger/sandwhich. Shuttle service is nice, but you need to call ahead or you will be waiting quite awhile for it. Shuttle service was also provided to some of the nearby restaurants as well which was nice. The room stayed the perfect temperature for our entire stay and the AC unit was fairly quiet. The complimentary breakfast had a large variety of choices which was nice, but the eggs and coffee were not good. The only issue with our room was that the bathroom door was difficult to close and the fan did not work. Overall our stay here was good and I would definitely stay here again.

After attending a funeral for my dad in California then having to reschedule our flight home because of hurricane Harvey, we stayed the night at this location so we could drive home in the morning. The location was very clean, staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast that comes with the stay had a wide variety of choices and most items tasted decent. The in house restaurant was pricey - $11-16 for most burgers and sandwiches. But the food was again decent. The bathroom door in the room was difficult to close, the fan did not work and we did not have a do not disturb card in our room. Other than that our stay was really good. Beds and pillows were very comfy, room stayed the temperature that we set it to and the AC unit was nice and quiet. Although the shuttle service got us where we need to go, you do need to call ahead or plan to wait. Overall great stay, we would stay here again.

The hotel provided itallian catering which I found to be very good. Bathrooms were clean and staff were friendly when we entered. WiFi was fast.

SpringHill Suite is very resourceful in there unique dinning and wonderful manors. I would implore them to better gratuity however they far excel in that field quite astonishingly. To future meetings may they always bring a smile into my world.

Met an old friend for drinks who was staying at Springhill Suites. Suite appeared well designed, comfortable, and immaculately maintained. Bar service downstairs offered excellent variety of drinks, service was prompt and professional. Friend regularly visits Dallas on business and stated he expects he'll always stay at Springhill Suites sure to excellent accommodations and service.

Nightmare at the Springhillas a Platinum Member I expect more from hotels and their management staff. The team at this property was pretentious and flippant. Upon checkin I never received a choice of welcome gift. The person at the desk simply stated I can have a drink from the marketwhen I inquired about my welcome reward the manager on duty seemed confused. The shuttle driver BRENDEN was rude and argumentative. The front desk person stated my points were good for a "free room" The room attendants pounded on my door the following morning although there was a do not disturb. I was told I had to change rooms. They moved me to a filthy room with dirty linens, dirty shower and filthy carpet. I literally cried in the room at the condition. Everyday of my stay I've had to call the front desk!
