Nice clean holiday inn. The restaurant bar is pretty darn good. The room are clean and the front desk staff is very nice.

Hotel was nice and close to the airport. The room had different light bulbs in each lamp so the lighting was really odd. The television didn't work at all and the front desk didn't seem to hurried to fix it

The staff was kind and understanding when I checked-in to my room at a very late 5:00am. They allowed me to sleep until noon, and I was off to the airport. The hotel is newer and the rooms are nicely appointed. I would stay again if I were flying out of DFW.

My #1 thing I look for is bathroom cleanliness and I was not disappointed. Stayed two nights and the front desk was wonderful, never rude and the room was comfortable and clean and had a great view. We didn't do the buffet but did go to the Resturant and paid for breakfast which was absolutely delicious. Good location, just off the highway in a safe-feeling area maybe 10 min from the airport. Absolutely will stay again.

Parking is not free. Don't be fooled. When you check in you are directed to a website where you have to pay close to $10 per day for the privilege of leaving your car in the lot if you are traveling. Don't expect to save money on airport parking by booking a room here. Otherwise, rooms were modern and clean if you are just looking for a place to stay.

Room was massive (was a wheelchair accessible) and very comfortable. The ac unit seems to only have two speeds: high or off. Not really a problem if you have ear plugs. Breakfast was simple but pleasant and staff were very friendly. Overall, a good stay.

This hotel is definitely one to consider if you are traveling in the area or attending one of the amusement parks. The staff is awesome especially Hassaan. He has a great personality and A+ customer service. The breakfast is excellent..yum yum yummy! The hotel is very clean and it has a fresh clean smell. The location is very clean and easy access to the freeway. I look forward to returning. Fantastic weekend!! Thank you..very satisfied customer. You will not be disappointed with your stay here.

Rooms are very nice. They have a decent view and very close to the airport. Very disappointed in the shuttle service. They do not shuttle you to areas like they say they will unless your only going to airport

The facility and surrounding area are excellent. Personal seemed okay. When we first walked in we took off our shoes and stepped in a very damp spot in the carpet. I assume it was from sopping wet towels they dumped on the carpet before putting them on the cart. The room did not regulate temperatures effectively. The bed was stiff and very uncomfortable. There was no vent in the bathroom which led to an uncomfortable humid environment.

The television had no working guide, takes a long time to tune the channels. (It took me 15 minutes to find a kids channel, 56-57 FYI) The TV turns itself off for no reason. First time we turned it on this morning it turned itself off within 5 minutes for no reason, did it again 20 minutes later or so. Tried to call guest services to complain on the phone and got an answering machine stating it was for sales. On the bright side the picture and signal quality was excellent.

After all this breakfast isn't included in the booking. Which is fine but still, every holiday in I've been to offered it as a complementary perk. They nearly originated the practice. Not an anymore.

So I'm sitting in my bed here waiting for my family to get done so we can get the hell out of here. I can tell you without a doubt. If you are all about cosmetics feel free to book. If you are into cosmetics and functionality, actively look elsewhere.

The rooms are nicely appointed and seem to be recently remodeled, however I would not stay here again. When I went to take a shower in the morning there was no hot water. It was barely tolerably warm. No hot water at a hotel is unforgivable. I called the front desk, and the person who answered the phone told me to call maintenance myself. This was the second failure to provide a good experience. Also, I wasn't given a breakfast voucher when checking in, and didn't know I needed one. The employee working in the restaurant was very courteous however, and I was able to get my voucher from the front desk without problem.

This place is very nice and the staff is super helpful. They have a shuttle so you can leave your car at the hotel and get a ride to the airport. They have a bar and restaurant with a great outdoor eating area. The rooms were very nice. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely go back.
