I gave 5 stars as this is a fair price for the good service and amenities. I wish they had a few more toiletries in their little store near desk. Rooms were nice size and had mini fridge, microwave, coffee and a sink outside rroom which is nice for families. The breakfast even had eggs and bacon along w typical offerings. Coffee available all day n lobby and hot water w teanice touch. Beds were comfortable and not too soft. Fitness center was just fine. Clean and modern.

Very clean rooms and property. King suite rooms are huge with excellent layout for long term stays (I booked 23 days). Easy proximity to plenty of restaurants, quick access to highway but without a lot of road noise. Very helpful and friendly staff.

We love staying here when we come into town for Thanksgiving every year. Great continental breakfast, nice and quiet and very helpful staff!

What I expect from a HI-Express. Nice service, clean & spacious rooms, free breakfast, and convenient to my travel location. Would 100% stay here again. Has a outdoor pool and a workout area, although I didn't use either.

Would give no stars if possible. Tried to check in and was stopped by front desk as she phoned the Gm. I as a spire member was refused service and was told My wife ,kids and I could not stay here because my wife complained another time we stayed here due to toilet seat being up and pubic hairs being on the toilet and as well as on our towels. Trash was not emptied and I have posted pictures. So if u complain make sure you will not stay here again in the future because they will refuse you service. Horrible customer service throughout. Some people just can't handle the truth. Will be writing a review on trip advisor as well

The hotel is well maintained. Rooms are vwry spacious. Conveniently right off the highway. All staff i spoke with were very friendly and professional.

Rooms are nice, modern, large, comfortable. Large flat screen TV that is adjustable. Lots of outlets on desk, nightstand, walls. Small refrigerator and microwave, coffee pot. Bed was super, super comfortable, soft and cozy. The temperature controls were easy and accurate. Closet/wardrobe, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, safe in room. Vending machines throughout and pantry/store in the lobby. Complimentary breakfast was good, usual options of hot and cold foods and beverages. Staff were really friendly. When I got up to my room neither of my keys worked so I called down to the front desk and she apologized over and over and rushed right up with a new set of keys. I really appreciated that I didn't have to go all the way back down there. Overall the hotel was quiet, and a great location near restaurants within walking distance. Outdoor pool looks really nice although I didn't use it. No whirlpool but that was alright. Would stay there again.

Stayed here for a week and was thoroughly impressed. Spacious clean rooms and super friendly staff. Breakfast was great as well. I can't find one thing to complain about!

The room was very clean, new and spacious. We initially had an issue with a room and staffs were quickly prepared a room next to it. Breakfast was good enough. This probably is the best deal you can find for $100 per nigjt stay.

I've stayed at this hotel many many nights. They recently went through a complete renovation and it looks great. The best part though is the front desk clerk, Cindy. From the first night I checked in, she has always referred to me as Mr. DeBusk, and been ultra helpful. Cindy is what makes this hotel feel like a home away from home.
