The room space was quite good. A room has 2 queen beds and a sofa(this can be converted to a bed).
They have complimentary buffet breakfast. This doesn't come with many varieties though.
However, we didn't have even a bottle of water on check in. The cleaners didnt also clean the room while we stayed there.
Great hotel. Breakfast was amazing. The rooms are elegant enough and definitely clean. I pretty much loved it, however, the walls are paper thin ): I could hear our neighbor's conversation and I'm sure they could hear ours our room didn't have a blowdryer either either way, I still enjoyed my stay!!! Also, check out is quite late which is convenient
I really liked staying at this hotel. We came here for a preview weekend for my 16 yr old daughter and she was in love with the breakfast and the fact they had a pull out bed so she didn't have to sleep with her mommy. Love love love the full length mirror. Lots of pics were taken there, lol.
We have 12 people and booked total 6 rooms with 4 king bed and 2 queen bed, when we checked in then found out all of us have been downgrade to two full size bed! Asked the manager she simply said the hotel kings bed has been over booked so the system downgrade all of us automatically.
We drove like 300 miles that day and have no energy to argue with her about this.
Be aware of no reason downgrade.
This is one of my favorite Hotels in Texas! The suites are spacious with desk and let out couch. Rooms are clean, with comfortable. The breakfast is awesome!! Hot and cold foods, fruits, variety of breads, coffee, teas, juices it's hard to choose. Also have salads, sandwiches and pastries available in the front lobby! Staff is exceptional! You get your money's worth here!
I had a terrible experience with this hotel. I was in Irving for a business trip and when I arrived they stated my reservation had been cancelled. No one called to make me aware of it. I flew in very late so did not make it to the hotel until 1130pm. Needless to say, I didn't have a place to stay and the attitude they took was worse than having my room cancelled without notice. The girl that told me about it didn't even make an effort to make things right and then a lady showed up and repeated what the girl had already said. Then she said you will need to just call around to see if you can find a place to stay. I was floored by the lack of 1. Communication 2. Customer service. I stay at Hyatt often but will be looking for other options from now on.
Service was great. Every one of the employees we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The room(404), however, was noisy and smelly. I think it must be near the laundry as there was a constant hum like an off center dryer and our room kept smelling like bleach. Only there 2 nights, so we did not ask to be moved. Our stay was adequate.
Upscale, but casual. I am super easy going, but will admit for my more "businessy" clientelle, the lack of refinement may not live up to other properties with the same name. Room was very clean and service was 4 star. No complaints.
Very convenient location minutes from Irving convention center. Easy to get to. Ample parking. Clean pool. Very nice clean room, with separate areas for couch and desk. Comfortable bed. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Full free breakfast, snack kiosk in lobby.
Rooms clean and orderly. Pillows (feather) flatten out way too quickly for my liking. Easy access to highways. Only 15 miles or so from Ranger/AT&T Stadiums, but heavy traffic can make it take a hour or so. Good rates on the room as opposed to hotels closer to stadiums.
Everything was top notch! Rooms very nice! Customer service was very professional! The breakfast was amazing! Lots of healthy options! We will definitely stay here again
Great place to stay. Wonderful staff and the location is perfect if you are going to adventure around Dallas and Fort Worth
Only met a friend for drinks at the bar. Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful
Breakfast was good, the rooms were nice and clean. I had booked a room with 2 beds and when we got there they gave us one bed. I told them what I had booked and they didn't have any available, so we were basically told too bad.
We are a non profit basketball team and we had a tournament in Duncanville a few weeks ago. We reserved 5 rooms a month or so in advance. That same day we called to cancel the reservations well in advance of the 72 hour required cancellation notice. At that point, we had done our part to cancel the rooms. A day before the trip, I get an email from them confirming the reservations. I called and spoke to someone at the hotel. I explained the situation and she said for some reason they only canceled one of the rooms and we still had 4 reserved. She told me that it was taken care of and that all 4 rooms had been cancelled. A few days later we get an automated email thanking us for staying at the hotel. I called and spoke to an assistant manager at the hotel. She said she couldn't do anything about the charges and she would have the general manager (Rihanna- not sure of proper spelling) call us. She never returned my call. I called again and spoke to the GM. She said she would look into it and get back to me by the end of the day. She never called back. I called again the next day and she wasn't available so I left a message to call me back. She never returned my call. A few days later I was able to get a hold of her and she said she will not be able to refund us. She confirmed that we did call in and that one room was canceled but not the other 4 rooms. She said that since we called the reservation line, it was not their responsibility and she will not be able to refund me. I explained to her that these are her employees and that is not my problem. If there was another number we needed to call, we should have been informed of that at the time we called, which we weren't. She refused to refund us. I eventually had to call my credit card company to dispute the charges.
