Nice hotel and had a very friendly and respectful staff. Not a 5 Star because I could hear other guest and dogs in the hotel but for the most part wasn’t that loud. I also stayed over Christmas holiday so that would have an impact on the level of noise.

I attended a dinner at the Hyatt Place Garland. The food served was pretty good. What really caught my attention though was the friendly and efficient service. The hotel staff were fabulous and left me feeling good. If I need a hotel, then Hyatt Place is the one!

Hotel was super clean. Everything seemed new and in good shape. Breakfast was good- they used real cage free eggs in their scrambled Eggs! Loved that they could make both my favorite Starbucks beverage and my hubby’s favorite cocktail at the bar. But the best thing was the staff, everyone was friendly, helpful and smiling. Will definitely be back on our next trip!

Plentiful parking, very friendly and helpful staff at reception, and quick/direct access to rooms. Dozens of fantastic places to shop and eat at all within ~5min from room. All around, this is a very safe and pleasant hotel to stay in a whether for work or pleasure.

It's an excellent hotel and the breakfast buffet is something you won't want to miss. The spread they have is truly remarkable.

Free WiFi, free printing, good coffee in the room with real cups and nice water (whisky glasses) in the room as well. I had a burnt out lamp and left a note for housekeeping and it was replaced.

The rooms are clean, spacious and the shower has good water pressure. Security is also good at this hotel. Rear doors are locked at night and the staff is very attentive. You feel welcome and safe here.

I plan to sample the bar later this evening.

I really enjoyed my 2-night stay. I was in-town visiting a relative between business trips. The room was very large with living and work spaces. It was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel fed me well had everything I needed to feel at home until it was time to move on. I particularly appreciated being able to do laundry before I left. 😉

Although the motel was within walking distance of where we had to be, we thought the hotel requires some maintenance. There was no window covers it drapes and when the sun came out it was in direct path to the window. Every time the A/C would go on we would have to turn the volume up on the TV. The pool was dirty and one could not see the bottom although the filter was running. The whirlpool spa was not functioning. The handle to the faucet for the shower was loose and although it was controllable a hotel should have higher standards. While I walked outside I saw that one of the A/C units was turning on and off consistently and told Calving about the problem. Calving is a maintenance worker. The receptionist were Superb.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful and I liked their different options. The room was spacious and lovely, and had a pull out sofa bed which is perfect if you had large group with you. There was a TV with many channels and the rooms are cleaned daily. There is also a pool and workout room if you have the time. And the price was absolutely wonderful! I would love to return to this location if I am in the area again.

Central location, not too far from a lot of stuff! They have a nice outdoor pool and a decent gym with two treadmills, an eliptical & a weight rack when I visited. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well!

We attended a band banquet there. The room was able to comfortably fit us all and it was easy to find. The salad and dinner were good, but the dessert was dry. Overall it's a good place to hold an event.

I attended this spectacular hotel lobby for a work function/presentation. The event was catered and the food was more than acceptable, the wait staff was very professional and the plate setting was beautiful. I would defiant recommend anyone to stay and see for yourself what the Hyatt has to offer. Will defiantly be going back.

The location is convenient for those wishing to be within walking distance of shops, restaurants and nightlife. Noise is always a concern when staying in urban areas, but that was not the case here. This was a very nice hotel. The time were great, comfy beds and lots of fluffy pillows, a nice little seating area with couches, and a desk for working. The next morning, breakfast was very good as well. It was very evident that the staff planned well because there was plenty of food and the area was large enough to accommodate the large number of guests. Everything was very clean and the were even dates and times on all of the food. I was very impressed! I highly recommend this Hilton!
