The staff is incredibly nice and always accommodating. Renovations are great and the breakfast is awsome ..
As part of the renovation crew . I would like to offer a sincere apology for the noise . We attempted to perform the most quiet jobs for the eavning hours so that we didn bother the guests . Hotel is under renovation. No ice, no working phones in rooms, some noise at night. Shuttle is not set up yet, and most places are a short drive. Room remodeling is fantastic, and gym is great, but until the hotel is finished, you might want to wait to stay here.

BEAUTIFUL & CLASSY HOTEL! They were doing construction during my stay, and the ONLY reason I am aware of this is because they had signs posted. The hotel was clean, everyone was very courteous, friendly & helpful! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Cleaning crew is vacuuming and banging around at 8:15 in the morning.

This place is so awesome they make every one feel special. Rooms are clean well suplied. We're here from New Mexico and having fun here in Allen Texas. Thank you for such a great stay.

The room was great except the room was right next to the fire escape and the workers would prop the fire escape door open to go out and smoke so you would hear the doors slamming to the outside. The room AC also needed a little work, it took awhile to cool the room off.

The management and front desk personnel all have excellent customer service and this current location is in tip top shape. Bathrooms are clean and working, I would definitely refer this location to anyone in need of affordable housing for a night or however long your stay needs to be!

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I appreciate the house keeping for their cleanliness and hotel staff for courteous and helping attitude. Place may be silent but it was home away from home and peaceful for 2 weeks to rejuvenate. Thanks for making our Tues and Thurs great.

Cozy, clean hotel. The decor is a cool mahogany finish with classic Hollywood portraits. I don't typically enjoy an older look of decor at hotels, but it works well here.
