First visit to this property. Love the room and the front desk staff was very friendly. The restaurant was great. Breakfast was delicious. The only negative was that they had wierd music piped in throughout the hotel and it took a long while to get hot water to shower. The staff was helpful and addressed the problem quickly with the hot water

Will be better once the reconstruction is done. Was concerned about them changing the locks when I wasn't there as well. But the staff were all very nice and the room was comfortable

Beautiful Hotel located in a very central part of town. Across the street from the mall and Seasons 52, along with plenty of bars, shops, and parks. Nice restaurant and bar. Great food and drinks👍

This hotel is very nice the lobby is picturesque and great for photo shoots. The convention rooms are wonderful and plentiful. Would highly recommend. Only minor complaint would be that the hot tub was not working while I was there

The room was nice but small as were the beds. The breakfast lobby had a nice staff and the food was okay. The hotel seemed to be clean and the front desk employees were super nice and helpful. I would return.

I've stayed here twice now. It is an ok hotel. The rooms are clean. The beds aren't the most comfortable but not too bad. The first time I was here the air conditioning in my room wasn't working properly and the staff was very accommodating, offering either to have it fixed or for me to switch rooms. This time, they were doing renovations, which didn't bother me at all. The main issue I have is that the water pressure in the showers is atrocious. If someone in another room flushes the toilet or uses their sink then your water pressure goes down and gets super hot. Even if none of that is going on it's barely enough pressure to shower in.

The hotel is conveniently located about 25 minutes from Universal Resorts (including the 2 parks that we went to: Universal and Seaworld). It is situated on a quiet street but only a 10 minute walk to lots of shopping. The hotel is being masterfully and tastefully redecorated. The common areas are very modern and inviting and the rooms are in the process of being renovated. The lobby, the gym, the pool are all well equipped and very inviting. Perhaps what stands out even more than the actual facade is the friendliness and warmth of the entire staff. Everyone that we encountered went out of their way to accommodate and even spoil us with our every wish. It was evident that the culture of the hotel is to offer customer service the likes of which you rarely encounter. I look forward to visiting again in the future .

Check in was very nice. I had reserved at a Bed and Breakfast rate, but they didn't include the breakfast vouchers when I checked in like usual. I didn't notice until I got to my room, but when I called downstairs they said they would make a note and have them waiting for me in the morning. The room is very nice, the water pressure in the shower is a little low though. Overall I'm satisfied and I would stay here again.

Nice hotel with everything you need at a very reasonable price. Very nice and clean rooms with plenty of space. I did not take advantage of the bar this time, but it had crowd. So it's on list for next time.

Not to Hilton standards, overpriced for the size and condition of the rooms and the fact there is no complimentary breakfast. The showers were gross - caulking was missing or black and there appeared to be mold on the ceiling in the shower. The staff was wonderful however.

We were in the waldolf conference room that we paid to be set up and wasn't. Spoke to the front desk about this and she shrugged it off like it wasn't a big issue. While we were practicing for my wife's best friends wedding rehearsal they decide they want to start shampooing the rugs in the hallway and door way if our conference room with the door open. Very unprofessional and won't be returning to this hotel. I thought the Hilton was better than this.

Great meeting room settup & space. Only complaint was the comfort of the chairs for all day events. They are similar to padded dinner table chairs. Were great for the first couple hours, but started really hurting the back after that. Office chairs would work better in that lecture style room.

Great staff and location. Staff was very accommodating and fixed any issues quickly. Stayed in the king executive room and it was very nice, bed was comfortable. Very clean. Gym is nice for a hotel gym with free weights and machines, and the sauna was great. Nice pool as well. Will definitely stay at again if I come back to the Orlando area.
