Front desk was very friendly and helpful! We decided to stay last minute and really enjoyed our one night stay. It was very quiet, but conveniently located to downtown activities. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Pretty standard for a Courtyard. Staff was very professional and courteous. No problems with our stay. Plenty of parking. Room was comfortable and clean. Nice hotel!

Normally I don't complain about hotels but this one is the exception. The hotel charges you 15.00 for parking. Now I don't find that to be a big deal but it was not mentioned anywhere on my reservation. Don't like hidden fees. When I mentioned it to the front desk they basically blew me off and said I was just cranky from the trip.
When I got to my room they put me by the pool. Normally this is fine but there must have been some kind of party because the noise was just awful. This noise continued until 9:00pm and I was finally able to get some work done. "not everyone at your hotel is on vacation.
I travel a lot on business and usually Marriott is usually a good choice but I would stay away from this one.response / report this review -

As one of the many without power and with damaged homes in the aftermath of Hurricane Irma, we were pleasantly surprised to see the Courtyard by Marriott not only open but so accommodating and welcoming. With families and loved ones of their own without power (and certainly with their own homes affected), all of the staff were amazing, and always in good spirits despite the stress of the prior days. The helpfulness and friendliness was evident throughout our stay and beyond expectations.
It is a stressful time for all but to go somewhere for a reprieve, and to be thankful for making it through as one, the Courtyard Marriott Orlando Downtown should be so proud of their staff and the hospitality extended. It won't be forgotten. I love staying at this property the location convenient and easily accessible to downtown Orlando, I-4, restaurants and shopping!response / report this review -

Wow! What great experience. Everyone we talked to at this hotel was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms were clean and spacious. Bathrooms were large with plenty of room to move around. Bed and couch were comfortable. I would stay here again!!

I just returned from a 2 night stay here as an evacuee from Hurricane Irma. I was welcomed on the phone, at the door and was even allowed to bring my pet even though they are not normally a pet friendly hotel. I cannot say enough about this staff who mostly could not leave because of curfews and even in their exhaustion, their professionalism and attitudes were tireless. Excellent hotel and management!

Courteous staff, everyone went out if their way to make this just right for you. The saying The customer is always right" is certainly something they strive for. Even though I made a mistake in my booking, they found a way to bend over backwards to make sure my family's stay was not interrupted. It's a very quaint, relaxing, up to date, and modern hotel. It's even a nice place for a family reunion or business meeting with break out ability, due to the food and beverage department that is awesome. The rooms were clean and huge. The courtyard, pool, gym, cyber lounge and lounge areas, were really nice too. Also had a nice bar. I would certainly return here in the future.

Good hotel consistent with the brand in a decent location. Free shuttle takes you places. My TV had issues connecting (never got it to work) to Netflix, YouTube, and all that but as an amenity it was not a big deal to me.

The hotel it self is really nice, the rooms are pretty spacious. It's location makes it a really good place for tourists since its in the center of Orlando. Although the food is pretty pricey, but overall it's a pretty nice place.

Very nice Courtyard on the north end of downtown Orlando. Hotel and rooms are clean and up to date with a great bistro in the lobby. Outdoor pool and gym with decent equipment are above average, as well. Hotel will shuttle you nearby, but plenty of good food options walkable.
