Sheraton always brings customers through a great service experience. The decor was so welcoming from the lobby to the room. I will always recommend a stay at the Sheraton. It is certainly worth the money.

Went here for work. Nice hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Had a brief problem with our tax exempt form and their team fixed it immediately. Prices at the bar and the Irish pub were high- average for Orlando. 6 bucks for a beer, 14 bucks for a burger and fries.

I had a very great experience at this hotel.The staff was very friendly. They have awesome customer service and clean rooms. The place was so beautifuly decorated for the holidays that I really wanted a picture there. I asked the front desk clerk if she could take it for us and she happily took the pictures of me and my boyfriend and made sure we were satisfied with the pictures lol. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is they have a $15 charge if you request a microwave in your room.You can however warm your food in the microwave downstairs in the Starbucks restaurant. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

I’ve stayed here 4 or 5 times, now. I like it. It’s a really nice clean hotel. The people are friendly and helpful when needed. It has an easy check-in that always comes with a smile. Rooms are spacious and super comfy. The water pressure and temperature in the shower is awesome. The water is hot enough to relax.. AC and heat works perfectly. The rooms come with a refrigerator that works really good. No microwave unless you rent one , however, there is one downstairs that you can use if you don’t mind leaving your room.
The Internet is super easy to connect to, which I love and I never got thrown off. They do offer breakfast but you have to pay for it. It would be nice if the reward members got a free breakfast like the Hilton hotels.

This is a nice hotel, clean rooms, comfy beds, but the greedy management make this place almost one star. Why did the Internet barely work? Why do they charge $15.95 for a continental breakfast that is barely better than the free one at the Fairfield I just stayed at in Plano? Not that I used the phone, but they actually charge $1.50 for a local call! I’d find somewhere else to stay if I was you, I will the next time I’m in town.

Nice room with comfy bed and fluffy comforter - like sleeping in a marshmallow. Low score due to having a stopped-up toilet every other night for 3 times so far & I've been here 5 nights! Also, the a/c unit is noisy, sounded like a pop corn popper at a lower tone.

Standard hotel with a great hot breakfast and updated interior. The balconies were plain and small, and the large balcony by the suite needed nice furniture and a cleaning. Overall a clean hotel I would stay at again.

We had a great visit. Be sure to upgrade to a club level guest room for a less crowded breakfast setting, free water and soda, and delicious appetizers, which made the entire stay well worth it.
We had a great view of the moon and stars right from our bed which made for a unexpectedly romantic stay.
The staff were all very friendly and professional and eager to please. One of our best stays in Orlando.

Very friendly, professional staff. Room service gave me fries that were cold and without any hesitation they immediately brought me fresh fries. The front desk agent who checked me in was by far the friendliest and kind that I've ever worked with. I will definitely be back. I do wish however that the hotel would allow pets on leashes to the pool I would have liked to enjoy the pool while there but didn't want to make my dog be alone in the room.

Very conveniently located, just off I-4. There for an 8 hour meeting. The breakfast & lunch were delicious, especially the chicken for lunch. & the blueberry cheesecake! Haha! The drink service was awesome as well, very friendly.

Location is about 25-30 min from sfb, staff is very nice. Food is a but overpriced but it's a hotel so that's kinda expected. The pool was great it has a neat water feature (overhead water jets) that you can swim under at the deep end, so it's more for adults than kids. Bed/pillows are super comfy. Only strange Negative was the bride and groom getting stuck in the elevator at 2 am. Fire Dept had to be called, bit of an ordeal.

Nice and clean room. Room has a balcony but door wouldn't open. Staff was friendly. Within minutes from Downtown Orlando. Only reason I gave a four and not a five is because they held an extra $50 on my card for incidentals without my knowledge. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

Good hotel, much better than most options in Orlando. The staff is always nice and helpful and the rooms are clean. Elevators are plenty so you never have to wait too long. The gym is on the way better side in terms of hotel gyms. There's a shoe shine service as well as a car rental desk. A restaurant and convenient store are also inside the hotel. I've never used the pool but it does look decent, I believe it was somewhat recently remodelled. Dogs are permitted. Noise level can be quite high depending on what side of the hotel you're on. Especially with the newish construction going on outside.
