Not the best by far. If your in a pinch (as i waseverything good was booked) it will work. Seedy, seedy, seedy. Not for kids or OCD clean people.

Both the beds were broken and messed up my back, one had a sink hole in the middle and the other one was hard. There's an outdoor microwave that I didn't trust using. I'm surprised that people appear to be living there long term.

The rooms are a little dated. Housekeeping could be improved. The pool is exceptionally large. My biggest complaint was the noise. Guests apparently can blare their music loudly and management does not say anything to them.

The worst time staying here recently..Filthy backed up tub with a foul oder in the room for 3 DAYS. With a little child with asthma repeatedly asked for a room change which happened on the 3rd day . They did not care to fix the problem and blamed the tub on us when it was clogged upon entering the room.Indian woman in the front had the WORST attitude any hotel/motel even stayed. Not a place to stay at all. Rude, dirty and not customer friendly. She even lied about the manager not being around. The health dept should see the videos I took very soon. Don't stay here !!

Good service. But horrible beds. They got me a room with two beds instead of the queen I requested online. And when I went to the front he told there were no more rooms. I was dead tired so I stayed. It was for a few hours. But the beds were sooo damn bad that I had to get on the road again. I rather sleep on my car.

If your not expecting anything at all, you'll still be disappointed. That being said, it's cleanish, there's a fridge and microwave, and the pool looks clean. However, the mattresses are like old school bunk beds: no support at all. The remote for the TV refused to work, but the WiFi was free (and worked pretty well, most of the time). The pillows are flat, the towels suspect, and check-in has a very pungent aroma I couldn't quite describe (I'm pretty sure it was urine). If you just need a place to keep your stuff while you're out during the day, it's fine. If you want to spend any quality time there, don't come.

The rooms are spacious and it's perfect for extended stay because there's a kitchen area, however when it comes time to check out its a hassle to find an employee in the office to receive your deposit and if you try to receive it after 11am they charge you a $20 late fee so if you have an early morning flight i wouldn't recommend this location due to that inconvenience

This hotel scam guest out of their deposit money my fiance and I paid for weekly stay. Which is already up overly price $389 plus a "$50 dollar deposit fee ". As of the date of checking out of our hotel room. Room keeping was told to check our room 3 times. After the third time she found a reason why not to give our deposit money back. I took a video recorder and pictures of the room the room was in good condition and clean. They told us that they were not going to give us our deposit money back due to the fact of one dirty towel. Then they said another reason why they're not going to give us our deposit was a missing burner on the stove. Which I also have on video recording the housekeeping emitting that the mother, who is the owner of the hotel Beach & Town has took it out before we moved in. They hesitated on calling the police they said the reason why they're not getting our deposit back is because one dirty little town. I will stay way from this hotel this hotel is a fraud and a scam. This hotel is already experiencing legal problems. Please do yourself a favor and do not book or pay in to this hotel. Sheila is a scam artist hotel owner

I feel obligated to inform the people of Florida that this is one of the most unsafe area Ive have stayed at, I was afraid to leave my room at night by my self. At one point in the night there were two men who were asking people to let them in because they were not tenant and DID get in and went to a room and threatened 3 men and a women that has just checked in to their room and these two men who were shouting and threatened them with an Automatic weapon. Not only does it endanger those people, but everyone there including myself. Those bullets could have went anywhere if had he gotten upset and decided to open fire to the motel. When the sun fell and night life arised I watched a countless amount of drug deals, throughout the night there were police sirens and lights flashing through my room currents, they were very visablly see through and at one point in the night I was laying in bed by one of the windows and there was just a man staring through one of the little cracks! :O and made complete eye contact for seconds that felt like hours at the time. All of my instincts were everywhere because I felt like my own life was in danger. I did not even feel comfortable Enought to walk around my own room at night because you could see everything that was happening through these very thin curtains and through them with my own eyes I Witnessed numerous accounts of prostitution in front of this motel, after I had already paid and gotten the keys to my room. Plus the room needed a tremendous amount of work done the walls were peeling and were supposed to be white yet there was yellowing areas all around the room. Needed to be cleaned way better than was. There were holes all over in the walls. The couch in my room contained many holes in the cushions and the smell made my nose shrivel. I would not recommend anyone to stay here ever! Was not a safe place or enjoyable. Never stay here.

Really depends on what your into. Its affordable and clean but is far from a 5 star hotel its a basic motel just a step up from a motel 6. A cool place to ducc off and have a party with friends
