The staff is great. They were very accommodating with my special request and I really appreciate it. It was nice to experience a genuine feeling that the staff wanted to help make my stay a pleasant one.

This hotel is extremely clean; although, it is an older property. The staff is super - professional, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice with many options; they even had gluten-free cereal. A little out of the way and the sign is small so you'll have to use your gps but for the money it was a good deal. We really appreciated that it is also pet-friendly and very quiet.

Very clean and quiet. Staff in office very friendly. I even had problems with my bathroom sink and they came immediately to fix it!! The breakfast is great very clean space. Computer in lobby(which I love) I think a few more computers are recommended..I stayed for working purposes and i always book my reservation here when needing a room for my work week..the prices very so making reservations in advance is more convenient and saves time and money. Also they are discount friendly (AAA) really makes a difference with a nights stay! Totally recommend this hotel as it’s safe, clean and very comfortable!!

My family stayed at east Orlando BW during the week of thanksgiving to visit family and enjoy the Orlando area. What a great place to stay! The room was clean. Breakfast was Good! The cost was just right. Rosalyn and Keisha were exceptional. The staff exceeded our expectations! Thank you Best Western

The motel is in a transition. The staff is exemplary. Friendly
Naturally helpful folk. There were a couple of problems with our room which were quickly dealt with through a convenient room change. Aime, who handled breakfast, was particularly good, but every staff member was helpful, pleasant, and had a smile.response / report this review -

This Best Western was a big surprise in a positive way. The front desk superstar Todd is first class and will be so helpful on any of your front desk needs. Amy in the breakfast area was the best. She makes a mean waffle with the best smile.

The place was clean and there were no problems. It seemed like a typical nice Motel, not a Hotel, to me. However, I went there for an evacuation to Hurricane Irma and they allowed me to take my pets, so being there was a blessing. They did charge me the pet fee, even though there was a hurricane. I was just glad to get the reservation at the last minute. It also seemed you have to get on the nearby toll road to go anywhere. I'm sure you can get to those same places without taking the toll road, but Google Maps placed the most direct routes to many places through this toll road that is next to the hotel.

When I first opened the front door I noticed immediately the air was on. The room temp. at 68deg F. The room looked clean and pressed. The king size bed was very comfortable and the linens were clean, bright white! Bathroom was very clean everything looked practically new. Little desk with a nice high back chair to do my paperwork and in the mourning enough coffee for six cups! Even had plastic lids for on the go. Great experience.

My room keys were given promptly when I arrived at the front desk. The motel hall-less format allowed for easy access to the car. Internet is fairly slow. The corner room I was in had a strange format that made the bathroom very awkward. Water pressure was weak at worst, average at best. Toilet was not properly leveled, and it will shake if sat on quickly. Room did not smell of smoke (unsure if smoking is allowed). Breakfast buffet is available 6-10 AM most mornings. Doorknob felt wobbly as if it would not completely shut without locking.

Front desk staff very polite and courtesy. Will recommend this hotel and stay again, the only recommendation is that some updates are needed to the rooms.

My mother-in-law came to town. I wanted someplace close to us but not too close. This was perfect. She was close to everything she needed, the rooms were clean, and it was not too expensive.

Always satisfied staying at a Best Western when on the go or tripping. Clean and tidy rooms, good service, helpful staff, and reasonable prices. Also, they are dog-friendly facilities which is so helpful when traveling with a companion, and this is always much appreciated, as it eliminates hassles and hotel problems. On a cross-country road trip, it was wonderful to always find a room at a Best Western where we could call ahead of time, without stressing too much about where one would sleep, so this made staying in one particular area flexible, and did not tie us down to a certain number of days at any particular location ahead of time. Wonderful solution for such type of traveling. Many also had heated pools - always a plus.
