Extremely strong scent immediately upon entry to lobby which didn't help my migraine. Check in clerk literally did not acknowledge me until her coworker was done checking in the huge party in front of us. Construction happening on the highway on one side of the hotel while the side that I was one had the wonderful pedestrian train passing by every so often all morning, day and night long. Super thin sheets, one of which had a stain on it. Definitely not in the slightest impressed and would absolutely never stay there again.

We had our wedding party stay here at the hotel. The staff was amazing they were friendly very accommodating. The room block rates were fantastic. We were able to use the shuttle on an as-needed basis to get to and from areas around town nearby. The rooms were beautiful. We would stay here again.

We had an excellent experience. Everyone from the front desk staff to the valets to the housekeeping staff greeted us with a smile and a warm hello. The room was clean and super comfortable. This hotel is well located and easy to access.

Excellent service. Especially the young man who helped us the last 2 days and nights even when we got in so late. He make sure our stay was great. We love the little pantry special they have!! Thank you double tree!

Spacious rooms, nice sized pool, there are some things to note about this hotel though. There are no laundry facilities on premise, the gym is on the smaller side, and you have to pay for the parking as a daily fee. The walls are also pretty thin. These may be pros or cons depending on who you are and what you look for in your hotel stay. The staff are very nice, and they do give you free cookies on demand. No other complaints.

Dude, cookies, but really, cookies. Whenever I want I can ask reception for a warm cooky and I'll get one. The outdoor pool is great as well. Perfect in the summer. Close restaurants, lakeside walks, and the hotel food is good if you want to eat there. Also, cookies at reception.

Nice business hotel without any frills. The rooms was nice and the conference rooms were adequate for all of our meetings.
The rooftop pool is a nice touch although slightly misleading because it is on the parking garage and not the actual hotel.
They do offer shuttle service to some of the downtown places but they do not shuttle to the airport. I understand that this is not an airport hotel but service there would have been a big help.
The breakfast area is nice but it is not an amenity. It's a pay to eat eat breakfast buffet with wait staff service.
The parking garage felt rundown and slightly sketchy and there was always standing water in various portions of the garage.
Nice hotel if you need to to host a business event or conference.response / report this review -

Nice enough place. Not too keen on the breakfast here as had undercooked sausages served to myself one day and my colleague the next. The chef disagreed with us but they were raw and link in the middle. If you are placed on a particular side of the Hotel then you will need to listen to the train going by at night while it sounds it's horn. Very frustrating. Rooms are nice enough and staff have mostly been helpful. We had a work event here and so far everyone seems to be enjoying the place and the lunches provided.

I stayed just one night, after attending a funeral. The guy at the front desk was very nice and compassionate, and gave us 2 free drink tickets. The lobby was great, with a bar and restaurant, and a Starbucks cafe. The room was lovely, too. Our friend was staying on the floor with the "little things" snack closet, so we got to take advantage of the free snacks, as well, which is a great feature. I've never seen anything like that before.

Enjoyed the stay. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Great room service! A little pricey but I realize I was paying for convenience. The food was good. Large amount of wings for dinner. Breakfast not as good.

Hmmm Lots of construction. Friendly staff though. Restaurant was decent. Left one morning and returned at 530pm and the room hadn't been serviced. Sat in the lobby for an hour waiting for the maid to get there. Probably wouldn't stay here again but it was worth (barely) three stars.

The service is wonderful. There cookies are so good and the breakfast is phenomenal. The beds are comfy and the service is nice and very quick. The pool is great and so is the hospitality room. I just wish there were more elevators because waiting for one can get busy especially if there is a convention.

Our room was not as clean as expected and walls had marks and some damage. Carpets could have been cleaner. The crib they provided was lacking a pad and they gave us a blanket in hopes that it would be enough. Had to ask multiple times for a fridge, microwave and extra pillows and towels. Had asked about construction nearby and they said it was complete, however there was a bridge being built across the street. Overall it was quiet and met our needs but could have been accommodated ahead of time.
