Very friendly staff, always there when you need them. Nespresso in the room as much as you can drink. Nice breakfast with croissants, bread, cheese, yogurt, orange juice, ham and cereal. Very close to the beach, so the hotel gives you beach towels free of charge. Visitors leave books in the reception, so if you like reading, there's probably a book in your language in the give and take book shelf.
Our room was nice. Cooled by a bit noisy aircondition. Bathroom is either a bit old or not made very professionally but worked as it should. Nice soaps, conditioner, shampoo etc. Bathrobe. Hard bed, left me with some backaches but gf thought it was fine.response / report this review -

Beautifully decorated but horrible customer service. They seem to hire incompetent staff that barely speaks English so it was hard communicating.

This is a really nice place to stay! The rooms are huge, and include kitchenettes with a fridge freezer and a coffee machine. The bed was huge and very comfortable and the the generally was clean. Breakfast is included and we had croissants, eggs, cereal and tea, coffee and juice. All staff were friendly and the neighbourhood seemed nice. There is a huge nightclub right by the hotel, but we weren't disturbed.

The hidden jewel of South Beach. Hidden near the end of Collins Avenue across from the Big Pink restaurant and Story Nightclub. I stayed there and had one of the best times of my life. I recommend getting a terrace room on the second floor if you can. I almost hate writing this review because if people find out about this place, I'll never get another reservation. Service: excellent. Rooms: perfect. Price: remarkable. A+++++

Great place to stay. We had 3 nights here and it's only a short 2 minute walk to the beach and only 5 minutes from shops including a laundromat. It was about $5 for an Uber to the Lincoln Mall too. Huge rooms and very clean.
Our only downside was the beds are unbelievably hard and uncomfortable. We asked for new pillows after the first night and were told they are all the same (flat, bricks). If this hotel doesn't do something about the beds they won't get return customers. It would of been a 5 star if the beds were better.response / report this review -

Beautiful hotel in South Beach. The rooms are huge, walk in shower, full kitchenette. Staff was very helpful and personable. Best of all, no children on premises-adults only.
