I absolutely loved this location. As a bit of a hotel snob, I was skeptical, but very pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The rooms are modern and spacious. Living rooms have a sofa bed, big screen TV, refrigerator, microwave, and Kurig machine with hardwood flooring. The separate bedroom had a king sized bed which was very comfortable, along with its own TV. Breakfast is free and was surprisingly good. There is a small indoor pool and gym, the hotel lobby has a small bar that serves food and drinks, and it's one of the few such locations that has room service. The hotel is located along a major road with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby and quick access to the I40 interchange.

Had a very restful stay. Clean, staff was very helpful and the bartender was awesome, even though we only had coffee.

This Hotel is The WORST!!! During check-in I wasn't greeted properly for one, then was asked to provide multiple credit cards to purchase a room I had already booked thru Expedia. The woman swiped numerous cards leaving pending charges on all of my accounts n debit cards where my funds were no longer available for me!!! I was given the wrong room keys twice then switched rooms totally to a room I had not reserved! Then when trying to fix the problem with the multiple card swipes I wasn't able to get n contact with the manager they lady would say he'd be available n 10min then switch to 30min then to he will call u back!! I still haven't heard from them 3days later!! The staff is untrained n the managers are inexperienced I had the worst experience at this hotel! It's new n nice. It CHECK UR CREDIT CARDS THIS HOTEL EMPLOYEES WILL CHARGE U 2-3x!!!!! STAY AWAY

The accommodations are pretty good. Above average for an HGI probably. Actually, on a recent stay, I reserved a suite and it was one of the most comfortable rooms I've stayed at in the past year.
I've stayed at this particular hotel quite a few times over the past couple of years. Honestly, the service and experience at breakfast have been below par compared to other Hilton properties that I stay at. Upon hearing my concerns, John (the GM) reached out to me personally to assure me that changes were being made. I appreciate that level of attention.response / report this review -

This is a nice, clean and comfy place to stay in Raleigh. Location is great, rooms were nice and comfortable. The front desk and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I like that they had the Keurig coffee maker in the rooms

A little dated, and very hard to find property, but EXCELLENT staff with great bedside charging options. I would definitely stay here again with no hesitation.

Room was very clean and neat. Workers of the hotel were very attentive to my needs. The lobby was beautiful and very clean. Breakfast was delicioud and the employees were very kind and helpful. Would definitely go to this hotel again

Staff is nice. However they should probably train the breakfast cooks, I had to leave the hotel this morning to get a decent breakfast. For the past two mornings July 21-22 breakfast was unacceptable. I even checked with the front desk and sure enough the cook on the 20th was different than the one for the past two days. Couldn't eat the potatoes, tasted like they were boiled in oil, couldn't call them home fries or hash browns. The over medium eggs I ordered were crusty on one side and undercooked on the other.

My sons, husband, and I spent one night here and were very happy with our stay! Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, good wifi, and good breakfast. Highly recommend if you need a place to stay in the Raleigh area!!

Amazing staff from the check-in team, kitchen bar staff & house keeping. Hilton knows how to hire the best. We had a family reunion with at least 10-15 rooms & All said the hotel experience was great.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well kept. The breakfast was good and worth the money. The breakfast staff made a point to make our mornings as smooth as possible.
