The bed was great. The carpet was bad and stained all over but overall was a good night's rest. The front desk people were very kind and helpful.

Compared to other customers I had a great experience here. I arrived by 01:00AM after a long haul 30 hour flight. I was done with check in after 10nminutes and had a great sleep. Large bed,large room, clean room. I did not have problems with noise. All in all really helpful staff -thanks to them for helping me out with everything I requested. Many places to eat around and good access to large shopping stores within 5 minutes drive. On the bad side, the rooms have a smell problem (tobacco)

This review is for Extended Stay American Raleigh - RDU Airport, - Morrisville.

When our team first checked in, the rooms we had reserved were filthy. The bedding had not been changed and it appeared the previous guests had lice. We are extremely unimpressed with this hotel and highly suspicious of booking again at any Extended Stay America location. I am glad to report that we were given a full refund for all three room reservation. We had to make other arrangements elsewhere for that night in a hurry and spend two hours on the phone to get the refund.

Extended Stay America in Morrisville, NC, it maybe time to evaluate your staff and higher some more responsible people to clean house. Thank you for approving the refund so Expedia could process it!

Terrible experience at hotel. Woke up in middle of the night, to go to the bathroom. Huge cockroaches in bathroom. So so grosswe left immediately after having our money refunded. I have stayed in a lot of hotels/motels and this was the worse place that I have ever stayed. Very disappointing. I did not feel safe here. I half expected someone to break into my room when I went out. The atmosphere was very shady. People loitering around smoking weed. You don't want to stay here.

Didn't Smell bad not very clean though. Look like spit on the wall dried up something in the drain in the bathroom sink and the AC was not very cool had it turned down to 61 and it sure wasn't 61 in the room. People at front desk or nice and price was right

The rooms were clean and welcoming, but there were no towels or extra linen. Not a terrible stay, but could be better. The drive to the airport is very quick, so at least there's that.

I have stayed here often and it truly is a home away from home. The staff is great and the rooms are clean and quiet.

Room are not cleaned but once a week. So if your staying 10 days for work you haft to get towels and wash rag from office. Today I got off work at noon and went straight to the office and asked for towels and was told they had to wash them. Again at five o'clock I go up and ask for them again and a different person says the same thing. I guess I should have brought my own.

This is by far the worst Hotel ive Ever stayed in. Toilets don't work properly. Gave ME a room without any towels and wash cloths inside. They have stove but no cook wear. My advice to anyone save your time and visit any hotel but this one. You'd be better off at a lower budget hotel or motel before coming here I promise you.

This hotel is positively revolting. The girl at the front desk is super sweet, which is the only redeeming factor. I've been in two rooms and both have been dirty and smelled terrible. I even went to the Cracker Barrel across the street to buy a room air freshener. The first room had three huge bugs go right across the room. The linens were dirty and the bathroom was disgusting. You got moved to a second room which smells worse than the first and there are two spider webs in the bathroom. There is no comforter on the bed. I asked about getting a refund because I need to go someplace else and all they will do is move me to a third room. Avoid this bug infested unclean property at all costs!

This place is trash.

Both literally and figuratively, this hotel is just filth. There is actual garbage piled along the balconies where you enter the rooms, and the whole atmosphere of the place is just no good. My wife and I did not feel safe here. There were almost always people loitering along the balconies, especially in the evenings, and people would shout up and down from the parking lot for no apparent reason. Some would also give my wife cat-calls or just watch us as we came and went.

The beds are good enough to sleep on, and I suppose the rooms are spacious, but you can hear everything from the rooms around you (eg. voices, faucets, toilet, etc). You can also hear people as they talk and hang around on the balconies. Plus, there's the ever-present airport sending incredibly loud jets overhead every 30 minutes or so.

Don't stay here.
