Fantastic staff, professional, courteous. The only reason for a 4 star versus 5 is the condition of the building. It's clean and maintained but an older property which could benefit from an update. Solid choice for a business trip.

Hotel is new with refurbished curtains etc. Looks new and fresh. They have a decent breakfast spread.There is a Starbucks nearby.

Clean, Great location, nice staff but maid was rude. Knocked on door at 11:48am (checkout at noon). "What time you checking out!" My mom, "noon". Maid, "well, you know it's noon!" Me, "Nope, it's 11:48." Maid, "well, checkout is at noon!"

Wonderful staff mr. Logan the front desk guy really fixed my problem with the company i was staying with on a account this guy not only fixed it but gave us an upgrade .i thought the days of quality hospitality was a thing of my past but this location on spring forest road in Raleigh n.c. Mr. Logan Williams thank you again for treating me and my company like a real family member more staff like Logan and the hotel stay experience is back and for good Thanks .

Good value for money. Busy. Breakfast is included and is typical budget American style. Hotel is a bit run down. Plenty of parking. Need to have vehicle to be able to have a choice of restaurants.

The front desk was very polite and they got us into our room very quickly. The room was clean and the bathroom was amazing. When we called for extra towels and blankets they were delivered to us within minutes. I will definitely go back.

This is a great hotel. The room was very nice, spacious and the bed was especially comfortable. The breakfast was nicely displayed and delicious. The biscuits and gravy had lots of sausage in the gravy, very good!

The location was great for my training class at CAI in Raleigh and the room was very nice and clean. The bed was comfy also.

The BEST breakfast! Friendly wonderful customer service! If you're planning a trip to Raleigh NC, you need to stay here at this Hampton Inn!
