Hilton staff made the group dinner event a wonderful experience. The wait staff were friendly and professional. The dinner was excellent. Facility was very nice and holiday decor a nice touch.

Eva, Don, and Doug are an absolute delight. This Hilton is very friendly and accommodating. Their shuttle service is excellent. It was very comforting to feel such at home while going back and forth to Duke Hospital at a time of family illness. They are currently renovating but still earn 4 stars from me.

Parking was free at this property. A little dated in their decoration but it was still very nice and had a very high-quality feel to the entire property. Rooms were nicely appointed and very clean. This hotel offered exactly what I would expect from a Hilton property. While this property does not have a Hilton Honors executive Lounge, they offer you a free appetizer and soft drink at the bar if you have Diamond status level.

Well run hotel did everything as it should. Room was quiet and clean, pool area was near major road but pleasant nevertheless. Restaurant was good with good staff. The visit was well worth the price and we shall continue to look for accommodations here when we visit our family in Durham.

As hotels go, I'd say 4 star. As Hilton's go, definitely 3 star. Nothing bad, but just not quite as nice as you'd expect from a Hilton. The worst part, I called before arriving to confirm our wheelchair accessible room reservation, which they confirmed was accurate, then when we got there, they didn't actually have a accessible room reserved for us. that's the 2nd time this has happened at the same hotel. The people are super nice and helpful. The room was fine, but a little dated for a Hilton.

We arrived here at 4 a.m. for an unplanned stay. We asked for a late checkout and explained briefly to the manager our situation. The manager gave us the best rate and the entire next day. After that surprise, we then noticed how nice the lobby was. Very clean and smelled fresh. The room was very well furnished. The bed was like a cloud and the shower was one of the best we ever had. A small thing to some but the blackout curtains were a perfect and welcomed touch for a weary family. Overall a great experience and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

It's a Hilton. Of course it was classy, I enjoyed the darker ambiance, that's something you don't find in hotels very often. The showers are so clean, and comfortable you can relax up against the walls here. The breakfast is free and I had to check out before I got any but with the quality of everything else here I would expect it'd be delicious.

The Hilton durham near duke university is amazing. I was greeted at the entrance and the staff really made me feel welcome. Although I did not stay overnight here, the atmosphere and the layout were incredible.

Beautifully renovated high-class Hotel. Perfect for events weddings Etc also for the business Traveler. I knew this hotel for many years but always thought it was in Decline. Fortunately, I stayed here due to medical appointments and saw just the most wonderful renovation of a property thank you Hilto

Large Clean rooms. One of my favorite beds to sleep in since it Actually feels like a king. Staff is professional and friendly. Great restaurant on site. Highly recommend at this great price.

It's a little bit off of to the side on the main road but still not difficult to find. The lobby is open and clean, sitting areas are nice and the conference rooms are very nice as well. They have a nice breakfast. The rooms are okay, I think I got an older room but I had other family there who had newly renovated rooms. Overall a nice hotel.

This place is AWESOME!!!! We have stayed here numerous times for surgeries/procedures for my daughter and they have treated us so well. They have accommodated our needs time & time again. Their restaurant is awesome too. Great food!! It is a little pricey but the taste & quality are awesome!!
