Friendly, helpful staff. Clean well-kept rooms. The continental breakfast is always great. Always enjoy our stay here.

Stayed overnight after a hospital visit at Duke. Hotel was easy to find, central to things but not too stressful of a drive to or from the hospital. They provided me with a wheelchair to get my anesthetic-affected dad to the room, and gave us a room close to the door. The interior is clean and modern, rooms were clean and fresh smelling, bathrooms were clean and all amenities stocked. Breakfast slightly above average continental (included cold hard boiled eggs, make your own waffles station). Staff was friendly and accommodating, would definitely stay again in the area.

Well we're here attending a family member funeral, and at this hotel all I can say is it's an awesome place to stay. Staff is very polite and friendly, room is super nice, very clean. I we continue to stay at the Latest Quinta Inn. Keep up the great works at this location.

It is a beautiful hotel, with spacious rooms, and comfortable beds. It is newly renovated, and thus very clean and tastefully appointed. The pool and hot tub are lovely and spacious as well. We did not use the business center but walked by it and the computer is publicly viewable to others walking by. The breakfast is adequate, but we would have enjoyed seeing some proteins, such as sausage or bacon, and eggs. Luckily, we found hard boiled eggs in the refrigerator. The front desk staff is very pleasant, and the GM we met last night was extra helpful.

No refrigerator or microwave in room. The bathtub had black mildew all around the bath mat. Hot tub had small dead bugs floating around in it and the water did not get what you call "hot". When you come out of the pool/hot tub area, all we could smell and taste was chlorine/Clorox and all we did was get in the Hot Tub brieflyStaff was nicebut probably won't be staying again.

    Friendly and courteous staff.
Clean. Great wifi with multiple charging points in room.
Bathroom could use some PROFESSIONAL maintenance. Loose tile, poorly installed toilet tank that leaked every time you flushed. Tub drain had a glob of caulk around drain.
I upgraded to a king, the bed, sheets and pillows were very comfortable and the bed was nicely made although there was a small black stain on the turned down sheet.
All in all, a pleasant stay with nice amenities, clean grounds and adequate security. Oh, and kudos to Matt at the front desk who was very helpful and pleasant in making my reservation.

Very nice room and hotel. Staff was nice and helpful. Its on a service road and parking is limited. Breakfast was pretty good with a nice layout. The only thing I really didn't like was half the rooms don't have a minifridge nor a microwave. I feel a hotel like this and others should have both in every room. I had to throw away $20 of food at least.

I was severely underwhelmed by this location. First, we booked a first floor room (due to having 3 small children and a spouse with a back issue). They, instead, put us on the fourth floor and only offered a "sorry" as a solution. The beds were very uncomfortable and the room was smaller than I thought it would be. My room was clean enough, but the amenities were scarce and the bathroom smelled of insecticide which raised all kinds of new questions. The breakfast was nothing to write home about. I will say, the hotel's hallways were clear of an clutter or debris and had very nice carpets. I would not stay here again or recommend to a friend when there are many nicer options a few miles up the road. Honestly, I booked here thinking it was a different place that I'd stayed in many moons ago. I won't repeat that error.

It is a very nice hotel, but watch your things and take a photo of your things before you leave your room. Someone stole my friends brand new shoes from our room. I filed a police report. But I do not expect to see them again. They stood behind the maid when she said she didn't take them when she was asked about it. Who else has a key to the room besides management and housekeeping? She had just bought the shoes and wore them one time. Hold on to your belongings. And take a picture of your things as you leave the room. Better safe then sorry!

Very nice hotel, verify rates prior to staying. My company had two rooms for two nights and had a nice stay, a week later I sent my crew back up there and the rates jumped almost 40%. I received email my reservation and rate 2 days after the stay. I called them and they claim their rates fluctuate, but I could have booked it via online agents for the original price. I gave them a chance to make good and they failed. I have now cancelled my rewards account and when we go up to finish our project we will be staying elsewhere. The hotel and the people were very nice, unfortunately, in today's day and age, the customer is taken advantage if the right questions aren't asked. So my company is out a hundred plus and La Quinta will be out $400 plus As well as any future business.

I would only stay here for one night. The beds were very uncomfortable, the TV did not work properly, the room phone was not hooked up to the jack (nor was the line in the room for me to do it). The heat was on the hottest temp when I first arrived. The AC/heat control did not work properly so the room was either boiling or a freeze. I will say the stay was wonderful! I spoke with 4 different people and they were all very helpful. However, it was over priced for the amenities.
