Lovely hotel, great lobby, friendly front desk, everything was excellent with our stay except for the HDMI connection when we tried to watch Netflix. Overall, great hotel though, would highly recommend!

Rooms are average sized, free breakfast, pool, and gym, six floors, room doors slam if you don't bring it all the way closed, over all, pretty good hotel

Excellent service and staff, airport shuttle was perfect, and the park and fly service also was a great bonus and our car was not damaged in the 7 days that it was left there. I highly recommend this hotel. We will use again.

Clean room and bathroom. No refrigerator. Hotel thought it was a good idea to do a WiFi upgrade at 4:30 PM. Lost connectivity to my WebEx and customer. Poor decision. Stay at the Embassy Suites next doormuch better experience.

Friendly staff! The lobby is kept nice and clean, and when you walk in it smells like flowers! There are plenty of restaurant less than half a mile away, and the shuttle driver is more than happy to give you a ride.

I actually like this hotel. It was very clean and the food was great. The staff was very friendly but the only thing that didn't make me feel comfortable was the bed. Other than that I really had a wonderful time this hotel.

Attended a convention at the Hampton, the suite of rooms were spacious, though air flow from the vents was quite fierce and the AC too cold especially in certain areas. The complimentary drinks were decent and the wifi connection provided worked really well. Overall, the event was a lot of fun and I would attend again.

Pleasant stay. The staff is exceptional. Everyone has a smile that reaches their eyes, which says a lot. The room was super clean; even the base boards were dust free!!! I will definitely stay here again.

Location behind Brier Creek is both very convenient and somewhat a pain during rush hour. Rooms are quite nice. Appreciated the semi-hidden closet behind the mirror. Walked through the banquet hall. It was spacious enough. Only picked up visiting family, so can't comment on staff or the beds.

This hotel is clean! The hotel and grounds are well maintained. The rooms are average, but missing a mini-fridge. Breakfast was mediocre and not impressive. The staff is helpful and courteous. Water pressure in the shower could be better. There was one really heavy and hot blanket on the bed. Last thing was the ac did not cool well, but it did work

After a very early and long 4 hour drive. My family and I arrived to Durham/Raleigh a little earlier than expected. As my son will begin his treatments through a Duke specialist. Nigel and Corey went above and beyond to accommodate my family. We have stayed at many places but never had high quality hospitality displayed towards us. Kudos to Nigel and Corey as well as breakfast staff. We can't wait to see y'all on our next visit..Thank You all

Stayed overnight on Easter Sunday. All of the staff we spoke to were helpful and friendly. The room and common spaces were spotless. When we requested a crib, it was received within 30 minutes. The pool was out of order but we were instructed we could use the pool at the Embassy Suites next door. Overall a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay at the Hampton again.
