The staff were beyond the standard hotel professional. The room was beautiful while still being comfortable. The shower was exactly what was needed after a busy holiday. The freshly made omelet was delicious with a funny and engaging staff at 6am. The shuttle driver was helpful without being too helpful. It was a great experience staying here that I hope to experience again.

I can say so many things about this great hotel, love the suites and its like staying overnight in a fashionable museum. I love the bathrooms with its huge tubs and so much room and the beds are so very comfortable and its so hard to get up the next morning, its like you want to stay in bed all day!The breakfast is so much more than other hotels in what they call a free breakfast! Love the quite and peaceful hotel, where you can really get some good rest and be productive the next day.
    The staff are great!!

It's a bit tricky to get to this hotel but what a gem it is!!! The fountains, the plants, the ambiance in great and it's a well decorated well maintained hotel. The rooms aren't huge but very well appointed and the amenities are nice as well to include a hotel bar and restaurant as well as pool and fitness center. Not a luxury resort by any means but a great substitute for being right near the airport and in the middle of a busy city. Great place for an overnight or weekend getaway.

The hotel itself is very nice, room was clean, and the breakfast buffet was good. Overall we had a nice stay.

Why I've given a 2 star review is the shower in our room was unusable due to having two jet stream type devices on both sides of the shower that weren't able to be turned off.

You could not shower without these things spraying on you, it was very overwhelming especially for my wife as they were at head heigh for her.

Receptionist at the front desk stated they know about the issue and none of them in any room turn off. I'm surprised this hasn't come up in any other reviews.

It's a shame, because the hotel would have received 5 stars if not for this.

Second time I'm staying here. Staff is always friendly, the rooms are nice and clean. The hotel is well located next to various shops and eateries. Great if you're looking for something near the airport, but it takes a 20-30min drive to get to downtown. Unfortunately the walls let through a lot of noise from the adjacent rooms (depending on your neighbours of course).

Excellent customer service. All amenities are very well appointed and carefully maintained.
Food and beverage service was beyond my expectations. The hot breakfast and the wide variety of choices available surpasses all other "free" breakfasts in the hotel
    Industry.

What a hidden gem of a hotel!! The decor is very modern featuring lovely dark shades of purple and burgundy. Hotel lobby is nicely decorated for a hotel Embassy Suites. The room was very nice and most of the staff was surprisingly friendly and happy to interact with us. Bring your swimsuit; the indoor pool is perfect for relaxing! The evening happy hour and breakfast were nice.

This place was really nice. The room was super clean and big. Very modern furnishings. The breakfast was really good lots of selection and had two guys making omelettes for a line of people that went very quickly. I didn't go in the pool but it looked very nice and pretty big and I'm pretty sure that I had a deep end to it. The gym was decent with modern equipment. My only comment is that they need to turn the music down in the lobby and the gym.

Stayed here over this past Labor Day weekend and had a wonderful experience! Got there and we were told our room had been upgraded. Also received complimentary drinks at the bar downstairs and an awesome buffet breakfast. Very close to Crabtree mall, downtown Raleigh, and a little avenue in which we ate at. Finally, I wanted to thank them for their amazing service. After I had gotten home, I realized I had left my brand new Amazon Alexa speaker in the hotel room. I called them and the housekeeper had found it and put it in their lost and found, and they were able to mail it back to me! I was extremely grateful. Definitely recommend them to anyone going to this area!

Stayed for a business trip. Almost too much room for one person (in a good way). Clean and comfortable. Interactions with staff were very professional and courteous. Definitely one of the better hotels I've stayed at.

The rooms are comfortable and the staff is very friendly. One of the best breakfasts I've ever had at a hotel with made to order omelets. The water pressure could be a little stronger but overall a great stay

Convenient location. Very clean hotel. Everyone working there was very friendly and helpful. Lots of food choices located walking or very short drive, or with the free shuttle. Both full service resturants and quick bites. And we.shops. Easy to get to the airport from hotel. Tip: get rid of the rental car the night before your flight and take the free shuttle to the airport in the morning. Saves time and a bit of money on your rental.

The rooms are beautiful, everything is very clean, and the staff is outstanding!

I had my wedding here in December 2016 and everything was perfect. I was concerned there wasn't much outdoor space to take photos, but there's a beautiful little outdoor terrace that was just right. Both the ballroom and ceremony space held our approx. 200 guests fine. We had 17 dinner tables in the reception space and it really didn't feel cramped. There was plenty of room for everybody to eat, drink, dance, and socialize. I would highly recommend the Embassy Suites Brier Creek for anyone looking to host an elegant occasion, meeting, or event.

Also, Ashley (their event coordinator) was wonderful to work with. No request was too big or too small. I recommend hiring a day-of coordinator and/or someone to help with your decorations and early morning setup, but Ashley was always available to answer questions by phone, email or in person leading up to our weekend and she and the rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly.
