The hotel is fine, clean. One side is right next to a Costco loading dock and can be noisy.

Spacious nice hotel. But do not give news paper for the price they charge. Breakfast n dinner is served in limited variety.

I have stayed at the Residence Inn San Antonio North/Stone Oak almost every week from August to October 2017.
I just wanted to take a minute to let everyone know what a fantastic job your front desk staff person Kimberly J. does every time I stay at your hotel.
She is always warm and friendly, greets me with a smile and my name, and she is always eager to help me with anything that I need.
She and manager Nanci Johnson are doing a fantastic job and they are the reason I will keep coming back to this hotel again and stay with Marriott in the future.

Friendly staff. Nice rooms. Swimming pool. Next door to Costco, Krispy kreme, Jason's deli and Walmart.

Staff on duty was very helpful and very polite. I was actually delivering items to a guest you placed an order with Burpy grocery store items. Knowing I was not a guest at the hotel I thought very professional of the staff to be so kind and so friendly.

I was there to deliver a package. Instead of going directly to the customer room I was able to just leave it at the front desk so that the customer can retrieve it at her leisure.

clean, quiet, compliant staff. we needed an oven and they let us use the room next door for about an hour to bake our pizza. really great attitude about it too!

Had a really bad experience here, first they cancelled our friend's room because his flight got delayed and he could not make it to the hotel after midnight. Then he called the platinum membership line and they said they would get it all figured out. The next when the rest of us arrived, they still did not have our rooms after they guaranteed they would have them. So finally they found us a room - so we had two rooms, well our boss brought us donuts one of the nights we were there. My friend wanted to wait just a bit to eat to eat her's she set it on a napkin in the kitchen and come back 2 hours later to eat her donut, and it was covered in ants - literally have a picture. We called the front desk and said we have ants all over this kitchen - they said well maintenance has left for the night. Did not offer to bring down spray or find another room. The next morning the front desk person was like why are you even in that room it was closed because there was a fire. So when we are walking out of our boss's room we see a huge cockroach - it was so nasty. So I took a picture of that as well. I could not believe what a nightmare this hotel was.
