First thing I notice us cockroaches in the microwave and it was dirty. Had to move to another room cause room reserved was totally out of order but didn't know until we already unload our vehicle then had to reload to move around the building to another room. Really not pleased at all but the young lady at the desk tried and was very sweet..

Nice place, good price and the staff was friendly. Breakfast wasn't anything to write home about but it was free! The electrical sockets didn't all work and the sink was clogged when we got there so it didn't get 5 stars, but i would stay there again.

Rooms are large, nice, and clean. shopping mall and other outlets are on the other side of the highway and close to seaworld. my family and I stayed here for couple of nights, we had no issues. Breakfast was good, they are expanding breakfast area, so work is going on, but it didn't bother us. Nice and friendly staff. We will stay here again when we are in town.

Such a great stay if you can get past the freeway noise, other than that it was awesome, the front desk staff was so nice, the rooms were clean, and house keeping was awesome!

It worked for a bed to sleep in. Breakfast was there but nothing to rave about. Convenient location as it is right off the freeway but sort of a sketchy crowd and area. Not the most secure feeling place. Room was sort of clean. Stains on the sheets, gooey spots on the carpet. Low bathroom vanity made tricky to use for us tall folks. A one night stop, at best.

The location is convenient but the motel is only really suitable as a one night stop. The room's vanity is ridiculously low. It is old and feels like it could all use an update. And breakfast is mediocre at best. I guess we got what we paid for.

It is what it is for the price you pay, you get a descent place to stay. It's between the places we are going. Needs some work but overall it's clean and comfy. I was satisfied with breakfast.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. Cleanliness was a small issue, but not terribly unclean. The issue was taken care of promptly. I would visit again.

Not bad accommodations but they have a multitude of security cameras but do not record any of it. My pickup was parked 3 doors around the corner from the office and a window was smashed out and they took all of our belonging from electronics to bedding and clothing. Alarm was set but no doors were opened so alarm was useless. Area was fenced, lighting was good and normally I don't leave electronic items in my vehicle but the one night I did.shame on me.

I gave it a 4 star because the price was on point. I like the location & it's right off the highway, but the name of hotel is misleading. It's NOT by Sea World. It's right by Ingram Park Mall. The hotel doesn't look that attractive but I enjoyed my stay. Loved the shower temperature on how it was consistent. Our room was facing towards the highway though, so you could hear everything out there, but that didn't bother me as much. Our sheet had a cigarette burn as well, even though it was a non-smoking room. But overall, I'd room here if the price is right again.
