Rooms are good..they are alot better than expected from the look of the bulidingthe parking was ok..but the tow truck guy..better watch out forhe will hook you up the wrong way if you dont have a VISIBLE parking pass..lol

A bit tired looking. Our queen-size bed was broken on the right side. They seemed surprised when I told them at checkout. Not a RR-plus, so no breakfast. Someone had put rocks under all the back building doors, so I closed them. I prefer safety over convenience

Should be zero stars. Arrived after a long drive and found roaches in my room. Husband took one to the front desk and demanded a refund. They didn't argue. Btw, we thought it was dead but it was definitely still alive.

Great room. Had the pleasure of checking in early since there was a room available. I had booked online but got a better price once I arrived. Great customer service. Clean room. And overall a great experience. Me and my family love staying here. Only thing missing a pool.

1 star experience. This place is pretty ratchet. There were a number of seedy-looking people milling about at midnight when we arrived. We booked in advance online, requested a first floor room (due to bulky items we had to bring in), were given a 2nd floor room. When we approached the room, there was a do not disturb sign and loud voices coming from within. Went back to check-in, were given a 3rd floor room on the other side of the building. Staff weren't particularly nice about the mishap. We chose to take the stairs because it was a shorter route from car to room as opposed to going through the lobby to use the elevator. The stairwell doors have key card readers, but they don't work at all, so we had to be careful not to let the door close all the way behind us. Stairwell hadn't been cleaned possibly ever. It smelled, was covered in sticky stuff and scattered trash. The room smelled weird but the bed was clean. Overall would not stay here again.

Basic hotel accommodations at a good price. This place is no frills but the price is good so if you're just looking for a bed and roof over your head it's a good choice. No continental breakfast or other dining options but rooms are clean and in decent condition.

I don't even want to give this place 1 star. We got to our room and I literally hung two shirts up and the rack fell. The room smelt horrible. The vent didn't work in the bathroom and the top lock had been completely broken. A tech came to fix it all and we found a hair in one of the beds and also a crumb. They switched us to another room and the light didn't work and also there was hair in the bed. While they offered another room we asked for a refund. Luckily there was no hassle with that.. We got our full refund and left. Would never recommed this place. Photos online of the hotel and it's surroundings make it look good unfortunately. It's disgusting.

So I just found cum stains on my sheets. Just got here and there were night walkers like crazy. The customer service was awesome, but that dosent out weigh the dirty beds I just got.😨

If I could give zero they would get it. Only good thing about this place is it's close to freeway and you get 10% off at Denny's which wasn't that great either. When we arrived checked in shady people at front desk. About four Indians and a black lady (race does not matter) but you can tell that the owners are just trying to make a buck. Got to room key didn't work. Maintaince worker ran over to help us which was cool. He then went all the back to desk to get keys updated. When we got in room it wasn't the most clean. The security lock on door was gone and the phone was not working at all. I was going to cancel because my kids were a little scared but I'm packing so wasn't really worried. Shower was horrible tube was peeling if you can imagine that. Felt like you didn't even take a shower because the room wasn't clean. But for $69 for only a couple of hours it was OK we arrived about 6pm and left about 7 the next morning. Hotel I believe is used for transit and contract workers. Cheap place to lay your head not for family weekend. STAY AWAY.

The only reason I am giving this 1 star is because you have to give it something. I called to make sure of what time we could check in and they told us 3 o'clock so when we get there our room that was reserved wasn't even ready. They have some little girl maybe 16 years old running the front desk and she has absolutely no clue what is going on. So here we sit in the parking lot waiting for these people to get off their asses and clean this room so I can get ready for work. Never staying here again!!!

If you don't mind the smell of pot and getting a contact high and cockroaches this is the place for you to stay. We booked this hotel for a week and left early because of the cockroaches. The first night I killed two roaches the second night I found two more but they ran into the outlet and the third night I killed three more. The room was clean though. The staff was nice enough. They didn't give us a receipt when we left they told us to leave our key card and leave. We had to go back and get our receipt. Would I recommend this hotel? No. Would I go back? No. My advice to people is "You get what you pay for."
