The room was nice and the service was very good. The food was awesome. There are a lot of things to do in the immediate area as well. All in all, our stay was very enjoyable.

The overall room was nice, my issue is that they post 30.06 and 30.07 on the doors. I have been carrying for 20 years. If they do not allow me to secure my firearm with me, at least concealed, then I will not do business with them again.

We attended a company Christmas party. The food was beautiful and delicious. The atmosphere was perfect for a casual, low key party. We stayed the night as an overnight guests. The room was very clean and restful.

We attend the holiday brunch buffets with family every year. Always fantastic food and service, highly recommend. My whole family loves it, and the hotel seems to treat there staff well too.

All of the staff were friendly and great! There was plenty of space for the 3 day event I was attending that included several hundred people. Breakfast buffet and bar staff were very nice. The showers were a little weird because they do not have glass or curtains that close all the way so inevitably water goes out of the shower, otherwise excellent experience at this hotel.

Excellent rooms and service. It's located relatively close to a nice shopping area in Grapevine, which was pleasant to walk around. I also enjoyed the restaurant and pool at the hotel.

Very nice Hilton. The front was very helpful and kind. Indoor and outdoor pools were just so great and very clean. The service was top notch.

Kind of gross and disappointed. I found false lashes in my "clean" towels the first day of my stay. Second evening I ran into what looked like spaghetti sauce on my sheets they covered it up between two flat sheets so the middle down sheet was not washed, floor had bobby pins and more fake lashes, crumbs etc. Not a clean environment the tub had hairs on the wall and what looked like some sort of paint that was not washed off or cleaned. The coffee pot was in my bathroom which was really odd but what was gross was the cup tops (what covers the coffee cup) had a film of dried up dirt when I ran my finger across it was a sticky residue of dirt buildup like they never bothered to change them or see if they were clean. Lots of little things that I didn't expect to see in a Hilton. Colleagues found contacts in their mattress, some had dirty sheets that were made so you couldn't tell until you pulled the sheets out. Not a happy camper, will not return to this hotel

Very nice lobby. Elegant restaurant inside. Very nice greeting staff. Maps all over the place so you know where you are (I got turned around a lot) too crowded and I had to park very far away. Which it's not the Hilton's fault. Just be prepared.

Oh my goodness where do I start?!? That staff was AMAZING!! I was here from 8/28/17-9/3/17 and not once did I open a door for myself. Each time I walked back in I was greeted by the staff. My room was amazing! The decor was beautiful! The air worked perfectly. Not one night did I wake up sweating. I do not have one bad thing to say about this hotel. I felt like they valued me as a customer. It's just an amazing place to stay.

Great lobby, good and quick reception as well. Rooms are very spacious but room service is not up to the mark. I have seen much better room cleaning at low cost hotels. Location is very convenient, shuttle service is a help but takes too long. I would prefer taking Uber, much quicker.

The rooms are nice, not over the top but nice. The conference facilities are ok, in the large banquet hall downstairs they could definitely improve on their sound system, but all in all it's nice. My favorite is the ambiance by the lake in the back.

Stayed here for a sales conference with work. The hotel facilities were very nice & the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The conference rooms were spacious. The only con I'd list is that the hallways and conference rooms were very chilly, however my room was comfortable. Would definitely recommend this location for a work function.
