Service sucks! We went to the front desk to tell the lady at 1:00 that they needed to clean our room and we wanted towels. We came back at 7:00 and our room had not been touched. They had 6 girls cleaning and they didn’t touch ours. Plus, we were the only customer they had. Water on the floor and mildew on the ceiling. Poor hotel!

Absolutely would not go back to this hotel! First the pictures that are online are nothing like what you actually get. First, the woman working the front desk does not communicate very well at all. I reserved a double bed and was given a single. As we were waiting to check in we noticed the lobby is nothing like the photo, then a family was walking back from their room and I asked how the rooms were. She stated they were leaving and going to another hotel. I figured I would go look for myself and she was absolutely right. The linens were dirty, along with the carpet and vents. I checked out the bathroom and the lights didn’t work (neither did the light in the walkway to the room). I had children with me and this wasn’t going to work. I went straight back to the front and asked for a cancellation and we left and went to the Hilton which cost me a little more for a double but was well worth it!

The pictures online are nothing like the actual hotel. Very outdated and smells. Elevator works sometimes. Our room was dirty sheets, blankets, TOWELS, floor needed vacuumed and the bathroom floor was disgusting with old toilet paper stuck in places. Sometimes you had hot water! No AC! Only thing about this location is that it is across from the stadium! That is the only nice thing about this place!

This is not up to the quality of a Days Inn. Not even the quality as when I stayed here about 2 years ago. Upon entering the hotel from the side door into the first floor near the elevator it consistently smelled like smoke. The breakfast was subpar. There was no bagels, only bread to make toast but no honey or jelly for the toast. There were no fresh fruits or any muffins, no hot food only cheese omelets and sausage links in the refrigerator that customers had to put on a plate to warm in the microwave. There were two types of cereal, but only one type of milk. Also, they allowed a homeless lady to stay in the lobby overnight.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Complete nightmare! Ivan at the front desk was more than likely completely stoned; he put us in room 118 at first but there was somebody in the room already so we walked in on them. Then he puts us in room 120 but that room was still dirty. THEN he puts us in room 121 which smells horriblethen he informs us that he THINKS there was water damage in the room which is why it smells bad and we could be moved if we wanted. NOW the manager, Betty, is avoiding talking to me regarding my $100 that has been charged on my card for the deposit! I've opened a case with corporate.

Being close to the stadium you would expect some upkeep. The hotel was dirty and feels like it hasn't been updated in 15 years minus the flat screen. Being able to hear your neighbors not only threw the walls but even louder in the halls is definitely a minus.

Room was dirty wrappers from prior rental on floors. Housekeeping is disastrous. Toilet had black ring around it. The pics on website belongs to another hotel. Staff was very unpleasant. Breakfast was horrible. Frozen eggs and sausage. I would give it no stars of if I could I have pics for proof.

The rooms were very clean, and large. The king size bed was very comfortable. There was not a lot of space, however, around the sink. You can tell that it is a slightly older building, but the rooms have recently been renovated and upgraded. I believe most people would find it a good place to stay. The neighborhood looks a little sketchy, but I did not feel unsafe. The breakfast provided sausage links and egg and cheese omelets, in addition to the usual continental breakfast array.

Horrible. Old and dirty. When we first drove up the was a couple drinking on the parking lot on the back of their truck. There was another man drinking a beer sitting next to side door. He had door open and was sitting next to the door since the cold air was coming out of the hotel. Hotel smelled moldy and looks like it needs an update. Many of the pictures on the website are not from the hotel. Door cards kept needing reprogramming, which means we had to go down to the front desk since we couldn't get in our room. Shower had a leak and water went from cold to hot while taking a shower. Will never stay here again.

The Days Inn at Arlington by AT&T stadium is the WORST that I have stayed in ever. From the time my family entered the hotel at check-in to checkout. The photos on the website is completely inaccurate. The front lobby smelled of mold and mildew. The complementary breakfast was cereal and fruit. The waffle maker was out of order. The hallways leading to the room was dim making it hard to see. The elevator was small and rickidy. The room itself was adequate with double queen, t.v., and small restroom. The light above the bathroom sink did not work when we got in the room. The exterior doors to the hotel did not have locks to keep out people who were not staying at the hotel.

One thing that they did have was a pool and is located close to AT&T stadium and Ranger Stadium.

I stayed at the days Inn across the main parking lot. It was great for the event we were taking since we didn't want to have to drive after the event. The pool was cold but nice but I got very little resf. Too much noise from cleaning carts and ice machine. Also pipes were running through the wall by the beds and sounded like running water all night.

The hotel is not the nicest available by any stretch. However for the price paid it is decent. Also, it is VERY close to Six Flags or the stadium! Good location on terms of restaurants to choose from and sufficient parking to accommodate their guests.
