The rooms are nice and the view is amazing. Fitness center rocks and food was acceptable. I had a problem during my stay and I felt the staff handled it poorly. I request feather free rooms due to allergies, I travel frequently and have never had an issue with a Sheraton honoring this request, until now. One staff member was extremely apologetic and promised a manager would contact me. Upon checkout I mentioned it again to a different from the desk person and he said I must not have it on my profile but he would be happy to put it on for next time. Moral of my story is if you have dust or feather allergies look elsewhere. It was a nice hotel, but I will not be able to stay there again.
The rooms here are really clean and modern for the price. The proximity to the Ranger's and Cowboy's stadium is a plus too. The perfect hotel if you are going to a game or other event. Within walking distance too. The hotel shuttle from DFW was slow to arrive but I might have not timed it well. Overall, a great hotel.
This is my favorite Sheraton to stay at in Dallas. There's a guest lounge on the 18th floor with snacks and drinks available 24 hours a day. Breakfast included in the same lounge in the morning. Staff is friendly and quick. Extras like a razor in the bathroom have also helped me when I've stayed here. I try to stay at this property reach time I come to Dallas.
I enjoyed this hotel. My room had a bed and a refrigerator and a window. There was a bathroom attached to the general bedroom space that featured towels, a toilet, a sink, a shower for humans, toilet paper and a ceiling. I slept in the bed and when I awoke I was not dead or penetrated by weapons or parts of people so I was in a pretty good mood, relaxed and happy to drink hotel room coffee. I put the coffee in my mouth. The room also had a TV and a door.
The room is nice, the bed is amazing. The bathroom has taken some abuse. The bottom of tub has scratches in the plastic so sharp on the feet. Scratches on toilet seat as well. Faucet coming away from wall in tub. Buffet food was mediocre at best but others dinner entrees were very good. Great service at every turn.
This hotel/brand was recommended by a co worker but this experience reminded me of why I prefer Residence Inn chains. The hotel was clean and conveniently located in walking distance of the football and baseball stadium as well as Six Flags. However, customer service was horrible. You have to earn points to enjoy simple amenities that are free to all when staying at Residence Inns, such as free breakfast. The coworker who recommended this hotel, had to beg for breakfast vouchers and was turned away from concierge when she is a platinum rewards member. I'd prefer to stay somewhere where I'm treated like a loyalty customer regardless of a level.
First I was given one room with a king bed for three guests. Later they changed the room to one that had two bed. When entering the room smelled funny, the sheets on the bed were wrinkled and had stains. The bathroom tiles were dirty. After complaining got moved to another floor where finally the room was decent. Bath tiles where still dirty but better than the other room. I was reading reviews online of people complaining that after 9AM room service would knock on doors even when one had the 'Do not disturb sign'. Effectively the next day even though the majority of guest and my room had the 'Do not disturb sign' on the doors, house keeping knocked on all doors asking when they could pass to clean. One guest got mad and made a scene because they were woken up. I would not recommend. Of all the Sheraton I've stayed this is the worse I've stayed. Didn't feel welcoming at all.
Only giving 3 starts because the location is perfect and the facilities (Gym and Pool) are good.
The hotel has a lovely lobby and the staff both pleasant and helpful. The room was well appointed and very quiet. It's location was excellent as it was within walking distance of AT&T stadium and the Rangers ballpark, among other attractions (although taxis and ride sharing services were readily available, as well)
Very very quiet hotel. Pretty sure every last room was occupied with families and we never heard a peep while in our room. Air conditioner worked great, beautiful large pool area. Close to just about everything in Arlington.
Great hotel with a great location.
Location: We attended a conference at the Arlington Convention Center and this is the closest hotel (only have to walk about 100 feet from hotel to the convention center the walking path is covered and has a ramp (wheelchairs/stroller accessible). Also within a few blocks is the Stadium.
Hotel: Nice entry with a very large lobby. Courtesy staff. Beds were very comfortable but only full size not queen. Our standard room had a desk, 2 chairs and 2 tables, fridge, microwave, and a TV. Overall a great stay!
Modern and friendly, the hotel looks and feels updated and comfortable. The restaurant and bar have off hours, so there may be times when no food is available. However, with the location of the hotel being so close to everything in terms of retail and restaurants, not a big deal. They do have a person that will drive you within a mile or two to the nearest restaurant.
Very nice hotel. The facility is neat and well staffed. They just redid the wallpaper and carpet on the second floor over the last year, so the hotel has a really new, fresh feel. Also, it's only a few blocks from the Cowboys' and Rangers' stadiums. So overall, very nice facility.
