Love the shower, I loved the bed but my husband thought it was too soft. I wish rooms had at least a coffee pot. We booked through Expedia and photos made us think we would be in more of a "suite" but it was just a normal room. Our room was not ready until after 5 pm and that was after complaining - check in starts at 3 pm. They did not offer anything for the inconvenience. One day the hot water was not working, we told front desk and they took off one day worth of resort fees ($35/room). Hot water issue was resolved within a couple hours. Bartenders and all staff we encountered were friendly. Decent amount of table games and slots.

I was very pleased with the cleanliness and hospitality that was shown during my short stay. The hotel itself is unique with their music memorabilia lined out across the building as well as the overall atmosphere and great vibes! The Casino floor was very lively with the friendly dealers and the waitresses serving drinks in a blink of an eye! The entire staff make you feel right at home with exceptional customer service and professionalism. Parking was very convenient with two FREE extra large garages. I am proud to say that I will have the pleasure of doing business with the Hard Rock on my next visit to Vegas.

I stayed in the HRH Luxury Tower and was well worth it! The rooms were immaculate. The bathrooms were very clean, well decorated, and large. The bed was comfortable. The blinds and shades did a great job of keeping out all the light from the Vegas so that I could sleep well. The room itself was up to date and decorated very nicely. The hallways, elevators, and common areas were very interesting. Reminded me of the Amsterdam Red Light district with the lighting and feel, but was obviously much safer. The front desk staff was very nice and check-in went quickly. Improvements: The hotel WiFi signal was weak in my room and I could not stay connected while laying in bed. I have a brand new phone, so the phone is not the issue. The TV channel guide wasn't very intuitive. I realize you don't go to Vegas to watch TV, but I like to watch a little TV before bed. I found it challenging to find the channels I wanted. Overall, I really enjoyed the HRH tower and will definitely be back!

this is my favorite hotel in Vegas. the memorabilia throughout the hotel is spectacular. the HRH suites are spacious, and the bathrooms are huge. suites have a modern look with walk in shower, the tub is double the size of regular tubs, music console, and well sorted mini bar. my favorite thing to do here is go to their fabulous spa Reliquary, and locals get 30% discount for any service. the pool cabanas is also a fun relaxing stop. the hotel is not right on the strip, but to me and mine is well worth it.

Expensive place to stay but reasonably priced with discounted room rates online. Rooms are on point and we had an amazing view to boot. Lots of shops and things to do inside. Pool was mostly closed for the winter but they had a small area open and it is kid friendly. Lots of memorabilia, friendly and helpful front desk and good security presence. There’s also a free parking garage and navigating with luggage is fairly easy.

Before last week it had been years since I was at the Hard Rock. Lots has changed but the experience was as positive as ever. Great service from bartenders, chefs, and wait staff. We went to the Oyster bar and the oysters were absolutely delicious as was the lobster roll I split with my friend. I can't wait to come back here again and to stay at the hotel. Best off strip casino/hotel in Vegas!

It's okay. Servers take a while to get to you at first but once you tip, they come back. Pretty typical for Vegas. If it was on the strip or closer to it, I'd visit it while staying elsewhere. But if you are looking to stay off the strip at somewhere that has plenty to do within the resort itself, it's a good choice. The restaurant Culinary Dropout was good too!

A pit of despair. I knew this spot would be kinda cheesy before going, but yeah - its pretty dang cheesy. They nickel and dime you with lots of different convenience fees I wouldn't expect from a Casino. They had a lot of restrictions on hotel rooms, areas we could go, etc the weekend we were there, and we were staying in one of the nicer suites. You know drinks are gonna be expensive before you set foot in a place like this, but not $26 rail gin and tonic expensive. C'mon son.
I'll extend my two star review to all of Las Vegas in general. That place is gross to me. If you like Las Vegas a whole lot, you're probably gross. If you love the Hard Rock, you're a disgusting person.response / report this review -

I visit the Hard Rock quite a bit for concerts. It is top notch due to the amount of venues and ability to host more than one show at a time. For instance I was attending the Nothing More show at Vinyl and Nine Inch Nails was playing at the joint. Parking is amazing. Service is great. Bar selection is great. Overall an incredible atmosphere and place to visit.

While the rooms were nice and the bathroom was excellent the price left a lot lacking. A combined total of $85 A-day in resort fees and reservation fees plus the room cost of almost $200 A-day meant I was expecting a lot more than just a couple of couches and 2 beds and and luxurious bathroom. Everything in the room has a fee. The only room amenities other than an ironing board and a blow dryer all cost a lot of extra money. Its close to the strip and has a lot of great dining around it. In the end while nice its not worth what we paid. Will be going to a different hotel so my $ goes further next trip.

Hotel is off strip. One block away from the strip. There is a CVS across the street. Standard room is spacious. Beds are clean and comfy. There are only shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and facial soap available in the room. No shower cap, sewing kit, cotton swabs, slippers.. Etc. Very limited of in room supplies. No electric kettle upon request. In house dining said they could provide hot water for $6.

Stayed at the Hard Rock with my family and we all really enjoyed it. Our rooms were perfectly clean. I would give it 5 stars but the prices were a little high. Don't let that deter you. The place is an all around good time.

Cool musical memorabilia and the rooms are surprisingly nice, but the different towers can be a little difficult to navigate. Not the most convenient location if you're planning on doing a lot of walking on the strip. The rehab pool hosts a ton of fun pool parties, but the nirvana pool is perfect for relaxing and is a beach style pool with sand

This is a very mid-level hotel/casino. While the rooms are fairly clean, it does need some updating. It's very dark and a little drab. There are some very old furniture that should definitely be replaced and some dust around the rooms that is clearly been missed. There's also a horrible stench coming from the bathroom drains indicating that they definitely need repairing. Television is not up to par however in Vegas do you really need to watch TV? The casinos on the smaller side and while clean is a little dark. Restaurant choices are decent. C+ for staff service I wasn't really "wowed" by anyone in particular and you can't get a hold of anyone at the front desk past 10 PM for any kind of question whatsoever. A good renovating would do the resort some good.
Beds are on the warn side and aren't very comfortable however the sheets are new which definitely helps. When I arrived the air conditioning was set somewhere above the second level of hell, 37°C does not necessarily post for a refreshing atmosphere in the room. There was also blood on the mirrors not much but enough to know that somebody was definitely picking out a pimple and shot pus and blood all over it.
Bottom line, there are lots of hotels and casinos in Las Vegas some on the higher end of the spectrum some on the lower end, the hard rock is in a bad option however from my stay of six days for business it was really a Monday and experience that I would not pay for again unless they do some updating.response / report this review -

Stayed at the Hard Rock over the weekend with my husband and some friends and for the most part, we all really enjoyed our stay EXCEPT for the way they handle entrance to the pools.
We stayed in the Paradise tower and in order for us to access the pool we had to walk from our tower, past about 6 sets of doors that we could see the pool from, through the casino to the HRH Tower to get access to the pool. It is extremely inconvenient and we heard several people complaining about it, including the security staff that was blocking the doors. This is something that should really be looked at by resort management, its enough to make you not stay here again.
Pool facilities are beautiful, just terrible to access and even when we did make it to the pool, we were not waited on by the pool staff even after sitting pool side for several hours. We ended up having to go get our own drinks from the bar.
Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable, just need better lighting. It is impossible to see inside of the rooms with all of the lights on, especially if you are trying to get ready to go out at night.
TV and the remote only worked when it wanted to.
Revamp the pool access and I would be happy to stay here againresponse / report this review
