Location is a very short walking distance from the Las Vegas Strip. In less than 10 minutes, you can merge with the throngs of people out for a day's or evening's enjoyment of the best things that Las Vegas has to offer. On the downside is the condition of the property, which is in serious need of improvements, and those improvements that are underway are incomplete. Another positive is that the Breakfast is pretty good, but the breakfast room is not intended to handle the current capacity, yet hotel policy does not permit bring breakfast items back to the room so that you could enjoy your meals with some semblance of peace..

These suites offer a larger fridge with freezer, a four burner stove top and oven as well as a toaster. The site also has pay washer and dryers - which were $1.75 per load at the time of this writing. And washing powder and dryer sheets were for sale in the vending machine on the way to the front desk. There is also a change machine for dollars in the same area.

Each all suite, allows you to be self-sustaining for your stay, which can be very convenient.

There is a breakfast place to get your first meal of the day and a small bar for later. The staff is helpful and attentive.

I didn't actually stay there. I was helping a friend get situated and was very impressed by the accommodations. The entire hotel was very pleasing to look at and had a comfortable feel. The accommodations were very spacious and clean. It even smelled really nice!

Basically, a run-down, dated motel being represented as an all-suite hotel. Furniture in the living/dining room area smelled like it was from an old-age home. Wouldn't sit on it; it was ripped and stained. Full-size refrigerator was good, bed was comfortable, carpeting was stained and nasty, bathroom was clean, and the location wasn't too bad. Beware of pictures posted because I think they have a "good" section and an "old, scroungy" section. We did not get the good section that was represented in the website pictures!

Room: bed is comfortable, and the room is clean, some art on the walls would do good. I saw they were renovating some rooms so maybe they will look better. Kitchen was well equipped.
Pool area: the water in the pool was way too cold so no one wanted to swim, but the hot tub is nice. The pool is open until 10pm so you can chill by the hot tub at night too. The pool area was clean and there were lots of sunbeds.
Hotel in general: Breakfast is very basic but it does it's job. Staff is friendly and helpful, except for the bartenders who we thought were very rude. The common areas are clean.
Location: very close to the strip but still not in the middle, perfect for late night walks home. Easy to find.

Needs updating BADLY. Super old, stained carpet and furniture. Our neighbors next to us were making super loud noises and ended up breaking one of their windows at 4am. The phone in our room didn't even work.

Beds were comfortable for hotel beds, but the fitted sheet didn't fit, if you sat on the bed, it would fly off immediately. so we always ended up sleeping on the mattress.

Its not a bad distance from the strip, but it is a bit of a walk if you want to get to the main attractions.

Also had fees that weren't shown to us until we were purchasing the room.

I found Rita Suites a very good value. Rooms were clean and spacious. The maid service did a good job, and the complimentary breakfasts was well stocked. Easy access to the Strip and beyond was very helpful. I will definitely stay there on any future trips.

My husband and I stayed here Sept. '17 for a night. We were disappointed with the customer service. I called ahead and asked if there was a pool and hot tub (even though I already saw there was online, I just wanted to check to be sure because we wanted to stay somewhere where we could swim) the front desk told me there was. The room was to be expected for the rate we got (cheap rate, cheap room), but we were disappointed to find the pool had a yucky film over it and the filtering system seemed to be out of order. The hot tub was cold and also seemed out of order. When we complained to the front desk they informed us the hot tub is seasonal (that would have been nice to know when I specifically called and asked). We were irritated that we paid a resort fee for services we didn't receive. In the morning when we spoke with the front desk (no manager on duty) he made excuses about it being too hot, (as if to say we were crazy wanting to use a hot tub) and that the resort fee covers free parking. For $70 more we stayed at the Trump hotel and received ten times the service (including their resort fee and taxes), their pool was clean and their hot tub in good condition.

The room overall is nice and well laid out. Loved having the kitchenette. The fan on the a/c was very noisy so I had trouble sleeping. For the price, it's a good value. I have no regrets about staying here, especially if you are here for a convention. Walked there and saved $10/day parking fee at the convention center. A bit far from the strip but being next to the Wynn makes it seem close enough.

Was ok. You always get what you pay for, so given its price relative to everything else in Vegas it was pretty good. Big rooms (but was noisy on the corner of two busy roads). Basic but decent breakfast. But the property wasn't too clean. They were cleared up later, but quite a lot of uncollected rubbish lying around. And noticed quite a few "dodgy" looking people emerging from their rooms. I'd stay again as a one night stop on the way to somewhere else, but not for much longer. Amazing that their early check-in rate is much more expensive than the Planet Hollywood - which is so on another level completely.

We stayed here for 3 nights of our Las Vegas trip and the experience has been very pleasant. The rooms are spacious and are well equipped with amenities. The mini kitchen is good and very convenient. The staff is friendly. If your mode of commute are the Strip buses, then the bus stops are just at 5 mins walk. The only concern we faced here was the Internet connectivity. But apart from that, we are satisfied with our choice to stay here.

I've stayed here 3 times in the past 2 years. Located just behind the Encore, it's easy access to those more expensive hotels. The rooms offer a full kitchen and living room, separating the bedroom. Never had issues except for the AC during those hott summer months. They do not have Central air, so you're guests will have to deal with a portable AC unit located in the bedroom which cannot go below a certain temp, otherwise, it'll bust. But- we didn't have an issue and the entire room kept cool. its a cozy room with lots of space for the price you pay. They will even offer joint rooms if you book 2 rooms so you're friends can walk to and from each room. They give complimentary breakfast and free drink vouchers at their bar. The rooms were clean and staff was generous. Would stay here again if i am on a budget.
