Great villas. Loved how close it was to the strip. The service was fast. The price was good for the location. Loved staying there. The balcony was great

Nice, spacious rooms. Kitchen is nice, full size. Soundproofing minimal. Woke up from both outside and other room noises. Three story buildings and no elevators! Very cold tile floors. Tub very deep, not good if you have mobility issues. No door on bathroom., a deal breaker for me.

Not too far from the strip, actually 5 minutes from the Venetian. One bedroom is the size of a 1 bedroom apartment. Nice plush beds, with fully stocked kitchen, jacuzzi type tub, and washer and dryer on the balcony. Quiet location, with resteraunt and a little store on site.

This place is SO Racist! The concierge/driver asking African American people to sit in the back of the property shuttle so white passengers can sit in the front. The on-property shuttle driver will pass up black guests waiting outside their Villa's for pick up. The racist acts happening here are so blatant and bold, its heartbreaking to witness. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're ok with racism. The property itself is nice and it's close to the strip. More often than not, front desk will issue keys to new guests checking in, forgetting that that room is already occupied. No piece of mind when you have to worry about someone entering your room while you're sleeping.

Great location walking distance from the strip. Love the multiple pools. The kitchen is awesome to have for longer stays. A couple of negatives, the dishwasher didn't work in our room. When they called us to say our room was ready for check in, there was a mixup, and housekeeping was still in the room for another hour.

I stayed in the signature Villa. Absolutely gorgeous Villa. Probably the nicest hotel I've ever been in! My room wasn't ready until an hour after check in, though. Staff was moderately accommodating

Went to visit some friends staying here. Guards at the gate were very friendly and helpful. The staff that I encountered were equally friendly. The grounds and rooms were very well kept and clean. It is a very nice hotel overall from my limited experience there.

WONDERFUL PLACE TO STAY as long as your in buildings close to pools. We are in building 2. Excellent location. The only BAD thing about it, NO ELEVATORS. Luckily we were only on the 2nd floor. Haven't even made it to the rest of the complex. I guess there are 7 pools (?) maybe more. GREAT PLACE TO STAY BUT A LITTLE PRICEY EVEN FOR MEMBERS. (I don't understand that)

Holiday Inn is the best hotel to stay in. The service was amazing. Our rooms were equipped with everything we needed, the kitchen had pots and pans we could use and a fridge for our groceries. They left extra towels and everything else we needed. Our rooms were located in a nice spot were we could easily walk to the front. The location was a walking distance way from the Las Vegas Strip. I would recommend staying here.

Great room. Only here one night so didn't explore the whole facility. But loved the staff at the gold mine restaurant in the hotel! Pat and Pam were awesome and both made my day with there upbeat personalities!

This was a wonderful place to stay. The staff were very helpful, polite, professional and all around nice. We arrived at 9:30 in the morning knowing we would not be able to check in until 4PM, however at check in they told us they had a room available now. that was a wonderful surprise, it allowed us to unpack and relax a bit after our flight. Would definitely stay here again :)

Stayed in two Bdrm Villa. It was a nice room. Clean and plenty of room. The staff were all friendly very helpful. It's located close enough to the strip that walking there is easily done if able bodied.

Overall my experience was a good one as I stayed from 2/3/2017-2/10/2017. The purpose for my visit was my wedding 2/4. The villa was very nice and all was going well until the last night when my husband and I had a great last night on the strip. I had a little too much to drink and we were very rushed on the morning we left to catch a 6AM shuttle to the airport. Well I was very heartbroken when I realized that I had left some jewelry in the safe that was not returned by whoever cleaned our room. Although the jewelry was costume it was very good costume Jewelry and very expensive as they were purchased from David's bridal and Macy's, not only that there is very much sentimental value to the jewelry that was taken. Management was not very helpful as basically it seems that it was my fault for leaving it there. I am a time share owner and never in all my travels have I had a problem. So I gave 3 stars because I feel that the Holiday Inn is responsible for their staff and to this day I have not heard anything from them besides filling out a report. Very disheartening visit.

This resort is just a block from the strip. The villas allow you to stock up on breakfast foods and snacks, so you can begin the day around the pool, relaxing. The resort is clean, and the villas are well-appointed, including individual washers and dryers. It's a great place to spend your down time, so you can save your energy for your ventures out. There is a small convenience store and a restaurant on site. They do not have transportation available, either to the airport or into town.
