The room was spacious and the bed was nice. The bartender was very kind and remembered me after one meal. My main issues were with the iron, which leaked and soaked one of my shirts, and the shower which couldn't reach a temperature that I would call warm.

Old place. Showing signs of age. Staff not very friendly Had to wait 15 minutes for check in when I reached hotel at 1.15am. Staff member clearly not alert and struggled to complete check in.
Not value for money considering tons of better and reasonably priced options in proximity.

Our stay was great! Beds were comfortable, e during was clean, and our view was fantastic. Check-in was ready and accommodating (even with or kids), and we had no issues during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The event I attended was hosted by the hotel. The conference room was very nice and the food was good. For parking you have to enter the main entrance on Paradise. If you want to just park yourself, you can get in on Sierra Vista.

I want to give this hotel a higher rating for the amazing customer service but the food and room was very disappointing. Our room was really musty smelling, the rug had stains all over it, and the sink was plugged. We ordered room service 2 nights in a row. First night ordered the Cobb salad with salmon and specifically asked for a cup of tomato soup with crackers or bread. She even repeated the order twice. 30 min later the salad came with a piece of salmon the size of a golf ball, the salad didn't have all the toppings I.e., avocado, and no crackers or bread! Second night salad came with no Salmon!! The mashed potatoes tasted like hospital food, and the mushrooms were straight from a can. My partners burger was soggy and his fries were cold. My last complaint- why doesn't the bar have martini glasses??? We're in Vegas! Oh yeah, and we're Marriott Platinum members for over 10 years.

Great stay. Hotel was very nice. Employees were extremely friendly. Free perks we received were great (2 drink coupons for Starbucks and 2 drink coupons for the bar). Very close to the monorail. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel has a great the lobby, it's beautiful! There is a bar and a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They have a cute pool area. There is a Starbucks and a UPS store. There is valet or self parking. I can throw a rock from the monorail. The hotel is very modern, the rooms are very clean and the views aren't too bad the hotel is located behind the Wynn it would be a trek to walk up to the strip but not impossible. The rooms are very clean and the bed is pretty firm but comfy! I would for sure stay here again! The customer service is awesome too!

The hotel was great. The detail and decor was outstanding. I was truly impressed. The hotel staff was very professional and food was tasty. I wasn't too impressed with the parking situation, but i understand there's limited space. It was a bit cramped, but valet is always an option

This hotel is beautiful and the pool area is perfect. The room was great and the staff was amazing! The food was the best Marriott food I have ever had! What a fun quiet place off the strip.

The Renaissance has always been my go-to hotel when I do 1-2 day trips to Las Vegas. It has always been a pleasure staying here. My last trip was Mother's Day 2017 and they upgraded me and gave me the deluxe room. What a surprise! The room goes for $1,300 but is definitely not worth $1,300 compared to other hotels on the Strip. I've stayed at Aria and Cosmopolitan for less than that a night and the rooms were superb. I did not attach the pictures that were taken from my last stay where there was tape on walls in bathroom covering holes or stained carpet spots. Understand I am a dedicated Marriott member and have stayed at this location several times. So I have become accustomed to what to expect and the ball was dropped tremendous. If the hotel is full at no point do I expect to walk in a room that has collected dust. EVERYROOM should be clean at ALL times. In the pictures below the toilet tissue holder has fallen off the wall, there is hair in the sink, a thick layer of dust on floor and dry food on carpet near the coffee maker. Do not get me wrong the hotel is not a 1 star rate however this stay when I chose to bring a 1st time visitor it is truly disappointing. However the beds are comfortable.

Was there for a two day business conference. The meeting room was nice, and always has a perfect temperature. The banquet food was very delicious and plentiful. The guest room was very nice and clean. The bar was good in the evening, and there is a Starbucks cafe open during the day. Very happy overall!

Affordable, quiet location away from the strip but not too far. Steps away from the monorail. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and the restaurant had good food. Family friendly location as well.

From the time you get here it is a fantastic experience. From the Starbuck Cafe to the center recreation area where you can play shuffle board, or any other out door game. It is awesome. The beds were amazing to sleep in and the rooms were spacious. Just make sure your door shuts properly, we had one room the door wouldn't close without a little help.
