Stayed one night in this hotel with family while on a cross country trip. The staffs are nice and the checkin process is very quick including room service. Room was clean and spacious. There is a casino and restaurants down in the lobby as well as a bar. Parking is across the street although there is a valet parking service if you need it. Overall stay is good and would stay here again whenever in Vegas.

Hotel room was very nice and updated. Safe in rooms. nicely decorated and contemporary inside. Only downside I found was parking was in a garage across the street By myself late at night was a little unnerving going up into the garage. Stairway was full of fresh urine. Also have to get parking ticket validated at front desk, but can reuse the ticket during stay.
Very close walk to Fremont Street. Had a fun time in the hotel casino playing Blackjack and slots. The one time I ordered room service, was very decent.
We were in the far tower, not the Casino Tower, which they said was quieter, but you also have to take an escalator or elevator to the skybridge, then second elevator up to your room.

The staff are very welcoming and the casino is always open. The restaurants are casual and semi. A lovely setting with a great selection of machines. I would suggest it only to friends looking for a less excessively glamorous experience. Love it!

The Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino is 1-2 blocks North of Fremont Street. The rooms are clean and modern, a step up from the other hotels I have stayed at in downtown Vegas. The casino is small, but nice. I didn't eat at any of the restaurants. There is a small fitness center with a few treadmills and elliptical machines. There is a nice rooftop pool. A lot of lounging space and bar area in the warmer months.

Really nice place and you can find some really good deals. But there is something suspicious about entering your room and finding complementary ear plugs so you can get some sleep very much needed there was some kind of party going on.

The bathroom was nice, but the bathtub/shower was interesting only half of it was enclosed with a glass pane and the other hall totally open so the water would spray out of the tub and onto the floor. Seems like that is not a good idea. Plus, if you get cold easily bummer for you.

Super nice people working the desk, very helpful!

Lots of homeless people in the parking garage be prepared to be asked to donate to their cause.

Excellent!! Place to stay while in Downtown Las Vegas Rooms were great. Just down the block from Fremont Street you can see it from the entrance. Would have been nice to know there is no drink of food service for the pool during the weekdays. This was the reason we chose The Downtown Grand Had the rooftop pool. Wanted to spend a whole day here but kind of a waste with no drink service. Far enough from the Fremont Experience to get some sleep. Will definitely come back..on a weekend.

I have been mostly impressed with everything here. The rooms are great and they are clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. I didn't give 5 stars for 2 reasons. The toilet paper feels like sand paper. my second complain is that they close the pool at 6 pm. That just doesn't make sense to me. Especially in Vegas.

The room was clean and neat. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Coffee in the morning was $1 with free refills until 10am. The hotel itself is nicely positioned on Fremont Street within walking distance to lots of good places. The room was quiet. I would stay here again.

Stayed at the hotel last week. We were pleased with the service. Room service was prompt and friendly.
Unfortunately we were there for Bike fest and it was so loud outside that I could not hear the TV. The party in the street did not die down until after 3 in the morning. The hotel did provide ear plugs but they were uncomfortable. It was not the relaxing getaway I had imagined.
The pool was nice, however it was a little dirty on the patio and did not have a hot tub.
The location to Fremont street was nice and the valet was very convenient. Not sure if we will be back.

Downtown Grand is my favorite downtown casino and hotel. The casino is somewhat small, but they always have the best and most popular machines. I'm not a high roller, but they treat me well. Better than any other casino I've frequented! The standard hotel rooms are contemporary, stylish and spacious. Well worth the one half block walk from Fremont Street proper.

A fairly new hotel (4 years) well appointed in downtown Las Vegas. From the moment we checked in Tom the front desk person was professional and friendly. We were directed to the Grand tower to a double queen room. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable the television welcomed us by name to the hotel and let us know to call if we needed anything. The pool area was great and lively. If you are planning on staying downtown be ready for music and noise until 1 am from Freemont area. If there was more counter space in the bathroom I would give the property 5 stars. Great place would recommend to anyone wanting to stay downtown away from the strip

I've never personally stayed at Downtown Grand but I have seen their rooms as a few friends were overnight guests. Downtown Grands rooms appear to have been recently renovated and look very swanky! With the modern trendy feel, I also found that they were very spacious rooms. The Downtown Grand property seems to fall in line with the theme of their roomsvery modern and trendy. Lots of cool quirks to see within the property. I also noticed that they have a nice variety of places to eat atnot only in the property but directly outside and around. Downtown Grand is in close proximity to the Fremont Street Experience as well.

I was stopping up here to meet a couple friends and in true Californian fashion, I was late. Big mistake! The traffic downtown was crazy just to get there. I probably didn't take the smartest way and I own that, but yeah, packed! Anyways, finally got there, met up with my friends and everything was good to go! Had a great time. Had some drinks that hit the spot and then met some other people in town visiting. Love this spot though. We'll definitely be back!

This was a wonderful hotel to stay for fun or business. I stayed here on personal business trip when they first opened. The staff and management were helpful with anything we needed. The rooms were comfortable, pleasing to the eye, and the beds were very comfortable. The restaurant had a great menu and was not overly priced as I have experienced throughout Las Vegas. The meals were a pleasure to the palate.

Loved the hotel. Stayed April 1-5. Hotel was clean. Most of the girls in the casino were attentive when gamblingone was NOT. Had to constantly wave her down to get her attention to get a drink that was annoying..also left hotel restaurant after waiting 15 min for a waiter to come to table to take order no one came..otherwise would have rated hotel a 5. Loved the pool. Ordered food poolsidewas excellent..service at pool area was good. Would stay here again.
