This is my second time staying here this year. I always bring my children with me and they have the best time. The staff here are wonderful. They bend over backwards to ensure that all of their guest are satisfied. I recommend this place to everyone and the prices are reasonable.
Hotel was good..rooms are spacious. Convenient location. Breakfast is only grab and go..that's the only negative
Didn't really get a chance to see everything but the employees were very welcoming
I stayed here on an extended visit. The staff is kind and friendly and pleasant. Shout out to Miesha and Aurora and the others. And they all made my puppy feel welcome. Thank you all.
This hotel is in an ok location, close enough to the strip that it's easy to get to but far enough away that you don't have to deal with the crowds and traffic. Defiantly not the most up dated hotel around, wi-fi sucks, they have satellite tv but only about 20 channels, and there seems to always be somebody running down the halls and you can hear just about every sound made. Now for the really bright side, I stayed here for 2 months on business and Myisha and the rest of the front counter staff are flipping AWESOME. They seem to know everybody who stays for more than a week by first name. They are always friendly and helpful, even when one of the "Corporate" people came in and was being a total ass in front of customers.
Worst Extended Stay i have stayed in. I have used Extended Stay before and generally have a good image of them but this was the complete exception.
Reception:
Receptionists would cut you off to complete what you were saying and they were wrong all the time so i had to repeat. They swiped my credit card before waiting for me to state that's what i wanted to use. I said, "let me use a different one" and she looked at me saying, "sorry i already swiped it" and soon after she slides the card in while looking at me.
Room:
Rooms and stairs have a smell. Going up the stairs there's no ventilation and they keep about 3-4 trash cans in them so going up and down the stairs is always unpleasant. Also they certainly don't respect the no smoking areas because rooms smelled like weed.
Leaving:
Check out Time is at 11 We had a later conference the night before so we were running a bit late (we ended checking out at 11:20) but at 11:08 we had someone from the reception enter our inquiring how much we had left while were clearly packing. They were not nice at all.
Overall i wanted to say it was a nice stay but all of the events left a bad taste I've stayed in multiple hotels in Vegas in the past and this the first time I'm dissatisfied to even come to write a review.
I'd give it 0 🌟 if i could.
I loved this place!! The entire staff is great!!! I would return again due to their professionalism and cleanliness throughout the property. This is a rare find here!!! Thank you ladies for all your help throughout our stay & Ms Jennifer I owe a special Thank you for her attention to detail and excellence at her location.
Nice, cozy rooms. Within walking distance from several grocery stores and restaurants. No maid service unless requested, but you can get as many fresh towels, soap, toilet paper, etc as you need at the front desk. Overall pretty nice!
The receptionist, Jennifer should receive 40 stars. A former manager myself, I always looked for employees like her. It's rare that employees go above and beyond for customers. I enjoyed the stay. It's clean and quiet. Would definitely recommend
Great place to stay. Just fix your entrance door so that your room cards can let you back into the building.
No daily maid service. No coffee machines. Other than that, the staff is awesome, and the rooms are decent. The neighborhood is sketch but that is not the fault of this place. With so many other options in las vegas, this is a nice option for off strip accommodations.
Got to the hotel at 12AM. The employee at the front desk told several customers including myself that all their remaining rooms had pipe/water damage. Had the previous employees called me to let us know earlier, we would have arranged accordingly so we wouldn't have to spend 2 hours to get a refund or relocation. The front desk employee was just a laundry employee that came to help us even though he wasn't qualified for all the tasks. None of the supervisors and managers did NOT pick up their calls when the employee tried to call for assistance. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I will not be staying at this hotel ever, anywhere.
We go to Vegas at least 4-6 times a year. We prefer staying at Cosmopolitan! At check in, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I've been there a couple times for my birthday and the check in staff has surprised me both times with a little something in my room while we are out.
