The hotel is somewhat hard to find, but it is well worth it. Great rooms. Great breakfast buffet. We always stay there whenever we visit Grand Rapids.

We have stayed here many times. The hotel personnel are helpful and friendly, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is good and kept stocked. They enforce quiet time, which we appreciate.

Location was super goofy but really close to a Target which was nice. Rooms were mostly updated? The doors were some weird glow-in-the-dark green I was in a king "suite" that had this HUGE desk in the middle of the room. I thought it was weird. Service was perfectly acceptable and rooms were clean.

I came for a teambuilding event in one of the boardrooms. The parking was ample, and clean. When we walked in the gentleman behind the desk directed us to where we needed to go. The lobby was very clean feeling with lots of seating. There was a small complimentary coffee bar which was very nice. The meeting room was clean and just what was needed for our event.

The hotel is great, and it's what you would expect for a Hampton Inn. However, the one issue i would point out is the location. It is really hidden away and luckily Google maps, has a correct route for it. You actually go through a shopping mall area, and it appears you're heading to a Target but you'll follow a bend and then it's a quick left. It's very hard to spot at night. The second entrance is to a Marriott. If you come the back way it's a little less confusing. Other than getting there, this Hampton has everything you'd expect and it was an overall good experience. I recommend it. Just take extra care in navigating to it.

My stay here for my family reunion weekend was absolutely fabulous! The young man at the front desk was very hospitable. U can smell the cleanliness upon entering the lobby. My room service was great, I have no complaints at all!

Room was ready and clean when we arrived. Check in was quick front desk staff was courteous. The room temperature was set well and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was better than expected. Biscuits and gravy, eggs, waffle maker, selection of yogurt (chobani, yoplait, and another), 5 cereals, bagels, and toast. Was only in town for one night but would stay again!

The room I was in was uniquely laid out. There's a small kitchen area upon walking in, then the room opens up to a couch, large desk with a TV mounted on the wall that you can swivel, and a large bed and large bathroom area. The continental breakfast was phebomenal, and the staff were very cheerful. The hotel is surrounded by a large lake. The pool is very nice and clean and there is a 104F hot tub.

Rooms are nice. Only one person at the front desk at night. Had to wait over 10 minutes to check in because no one was at the front desk when we arrived. Lobby full of people.

The king suite is larger than expected and very comfortable. The room was remarkably quiet despite a large nirthday party in the lobby. The staff was friendly and helpful.
