Clean, quiet and great staff from management to house keeping. Under ground parking is excellent and a very nice gym. Funky floor layout but the accommodations for food and shopping far out way it.

Great hotel in a fabulous location. Family members use it at least 9 times a year. The parking garage is a huge bonus in this climate.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and keep coming back. The rooms are a good size and well appointed. The complimentary internet access for being a Hilton Rewards member is a nice and useful perk. The complimentary breakfast is nice with both hot and cold options. The underground parking garage is worth the little extra charge. We will absolutely be back!

Wonderful place to stay for a business trip. The property sits next to Costco and in a shopping complex with retail stores, restaurants, and a movie theater. There is a grocery store within a 5 minute walk. Parking is in an underground garage with elevator access to all floors.

Very fancy place. Great location nice staff. Took too long to get checked in. Room was not as clean as we expected. AC was roaring loudly they said they fix it they did not. They offer another room but to was 1040pm by that point and didn't want to move the family. They tell me they are going to refund my night have not seen it yet.

I stayed in room 250 7/20-7/25, the room was the second to last away from the elevator. It was really inconvenient. I also saw a cockroach in the room. I stayed for 5 nights and my room wasnt cleaned one day. The breakfast was not great, the eggs were so watery and waffle batter was chunky. I have never had to pay for parking at a hotel, but this hotel charges 8.50 per day!. I understand if it was very close to downtown chicago but this hotel is 45 min away from downtown, also the garage smells like a farm. On the other hand, the room was spacious, bed was comfortable.

Room is exceptionally niceabsolutely huge and looks brand new. Hotel is in a great location and has a wonderful team to take care of guests. Also love the underground parking, digital check in and digital key. Great valuevery pleased to have stayed here. Would highly recommend.

I currently stayed at this location on 3/3/15 today and it was the worst experience ever!!!
I ordered a Suite (2 queen beds) with balcony. Well, they have me my keys and I went up to the room and NO balcony and never stated anything at checkin. I went to speak with the lady and she stated she had no balconies and the worst part is the manger wouldn't work with me!!! I paid extra for a balcony!! F for customer service and the manager Marcus doesn't know the meaning of customer service! Nice location but we WONT be back!!!!!!!

The nicest hotel in Mt. Prospect. Underground parking is such a luxury in this climate. Pleasant staff. Nice rooms. In the middle of stores, restaurants, and movie theater. E & O for dining is particularly nice.

Under new management. Old management was pretty okay, but the new management seems to be a step above the old. Enjoyed staying here, the location and local restaurants many times. Great rooms located inside an open air shopping mall. Won't disappoint!
