Terrible customer service. Absolutely not worth it for the price. When we arrived, there were 3 people ahead of us to check in; the lady at the front desk asked another lady who was simply sitting at a table in the lobby doing nothing if she could help her. The response was, "do you know how many times I have had a longer line of people to check in by myself?". On top of this, there was nothing offered for breakfast. There wasn't even coffee offered for guests in the lobby. Overall, extremely disappointing, especially with all of the other options in the area.

We were told to be quiet because there were noise complaints on a Friday night, at midnight. My boyfriend and I were the only ones there, and we were simply watching tv and laughing. When we asked Bob why we got a noise complaint he said that we were laughing too loud at such a late hour. When i asked him if there were quiet hours, because we were not informed of such, he told us that it is an unwritten rule, and that we should not be laughing so loudly at night. We were not having a party, we were not disturbing the peace, we were doing nothing wrong. We were enjoying our vacation, but apparently, that is not allowed at such a "late hour" on a Friday night.

Decent enough rooms. Clean. Somewhat updated. Fuzzy, snowy satellite picture on the television. Decent building, no frills. Pool and exercise room on site, also clean and decent. No morning continental breakfast. No complimentary coffee for guests in the lobby. For the price point, Holiday Inn Express and the Hilton Embassy Suites make for a far better stay and are worth an extra $10-15 per night.

Word to the wise do not book your reservation here if using an outside website to make your reservation. Front desk staff is rude, lack any customer service skill or knowledge, and very inattentive to any customer needs. Also, not exactly the most educated when it comes to credit card bureaus and investigative services.

3 weeks later, still no follow up about credit card hacking that was traced back to this hotel, and they continue to refuse to accept any responsibility. Had to make multiple calls, and all answers appear rehearsed and calculated. Don’t use your WiFi or personal devices here, your accounts and credit cards will be hacked. Better yet, don’t bother with this hotel.

I really like this hotel. The staff is always nice and welcoming, the room is clean and there is real hot water in the bathrooms (some hotels miss that). Heating and AC both work perfectly. And they have delicious breakfast options. :)

It's a courtyard. No surprises there. The staff is good. The bistro is a little slow but they work hard to keep up and maintain a friendly demeanoer.

Nice, clean, courteous. Room location vs parking access was a bit of a walk with no elevators, but since I travel light this was not an issue for me. Would stay again for business!

Excellent service! Tara and Jack at the Bistro outstanding performance, felt their sincere welcome! Love House keeping-appreciate how clean the room was kept, in addition to the entire hotel. Whenever I'm back, i will definitely stay here again and recommend others!

Included WiFi is pretty slow. Other than that good stay.

Very nice hotel. The room was a good size and the staff were responsive. It's within walking distance of a Portillos which is very nice as well. It's close to two highways. Only issue was they disabled the HDMI ports so we were unable to use our fire stick.

Good service. Room location by pool and door. Not ideal, but not awful. 8/10 would stay again

Great hotel but it really sucks cause you can't change the inputs on the TV. I just bought a brand new movie on my laptop and wanted to watch it with 5 other people and couldn't.

Visited to attend a work function in the conference room. Staff was friendly. The appearance of the hotel was nice. I cannot speak to the rooms or amenities, but what for I saw and experienced this seems like a good facility.
