Under construction to turn into a Marriott. No hot water one morning hotel-wide. Restaurant food came slow and cold.

I used to love this hotel a lot. Spacious rooms. Nice internal átrio, and not too far from downtown. Price is excellent. But it is getting old. The rooms are with old furniture and the wall papers are chipping. It is under renovation though. I hope the rooms will be all renovated.

Very nice hotel. The only problem our stay was as previously stated they was outdated. TV in a king suite was old ancient looking may be a 25 in box TV that was hard to see in the bedroom and a smaller Wall mounted flat screen thick box type in the living area. The Bathrooms were old Bathtub shower style. I felt for such a good looking hotel on the outside it had to be completely updated. Not to mention they were painting and updating at the exact time of our stay. For the most part bug free nice overnight hotel. Staff were friendly given the option again I'll would lean towards the Marriott or Hilton. Was hoping for a bar and or restaurant directly on premises.

Very nice hotel. Be aware though there is construction going on right now. They stop at 5 each day so I didn't even notice during my one week stay. Breakfast isn't free as well. And sometimes internet is slow. Staff is really nice and the atrium is awesome. My room was very spacious

The hotel itself was okay. We had a suite, so the two full size beds and additional sofa bed were appreciated. I had a few details that slightly bothered me in regards to the room. Nothing major but they were the only things keeping me from giving 5 stars. The universal TV remotes did not completely sync up with one of the TV's. It could turn off the TV, but would not turn it on. Also, for some reason, the tuner would not restart when I got to the last channel, so I had to go in reverse to go to a lower channel number. Also, the bathroom looked quite dated. The shower head refused to stay in anything but it's lowest angle and the mirror was missing its bottom wood trim. The room itself was clean and the mini fridge was a nice touch. I feel like it's a nice hotel that is in need of an update to the rooms.
I would also like to add that the staff, especially the overnight front desk staff, were extremely hospitable and a delight to interact with. They were so willing to help me when we needed sheets and a blanket for the sofa bed. I really appreciated their efforts which made the entire stay just that much more enjoyable. Overall, I would definitely stay here again, but I would hope they would update their rooms eventually.
