Rooms are good sized, and the staff always attentive and knowledgeable local events and places to go/see. The food in the restaraunt is great, as well. Have stayed here 6 weeks in as many months and will gladly come back again.

Mostly clean rooms, updated but small workout room, large outdoor pool area. The breakfast is good, the bar and restaurant is average at best. Not the greatest location as you have nothing within walking distance.

It was great staying at Crowne Plaza, North Brook. Rooms were clean. Room services were very responsive. Complimentary breakfast was good enough. Highly recommend staying here.

Service: (1 out of 5) - Spoke with hotel staff about shuttle from airport and waited an hour with multiple Crown Plaza Northbrook shuttles passing by us. When we arrived the manager, Rob - who attempts to sound like he cares - tried to convince us it was our fault. Once we were finally able to check in, we received a room that was already occupied, then received a bad set of keys to our room, all requiring three trips to the front desk. Just an unprofessional experience all around.
Room/Amenities: (3 out of 5) - About what you'd expect from a budget "airport" hotel. Decor could use a good refresh, especially dark brown carpets that visually shrinks the room and hallways. Shower was good.response / report this review -

Great service, bar food was awesome, clean rooms but some very thin walls. I feel like I can hear every conversation 3 rooms down.

Talk about attention to detail, check. They do their best to accommodate your needs and make your stay comfortable. This is my second time staying here and I returned because the service and the establishment was better than I anticipated. The hotel is $$$ pricy so get prepared to spend a higher then average rate for your stay.

If I could give zero stars I would!!! Imagine your child ends up dead in a freezer at a hotel and they offer nothing to help figure out how it happened. This hotel is not a safe place to lay your head. They are covering up a murder and this is not a place you want to stay if you're looking to enjoy a vacation.

This is a nice venue for a small conference. The staff was very friendly and effective, but the chairs and seating arrangements were pretty clunky. Made for a somewhat uncomfortable time sitting and listening to talks.

This place wasn't so bad to stay. The rooms were fairly spacious, and comfortable; but I've had better. For the price, it's hard to beat. The only minus was that it can take quite a while to get to your room if you're on the back side of the hotel.

We checked in and the front desk was nice enough. We were offered points or a drink coupon; I'm glad we chose the points because the bar was closed. Bathroom was very small, almost cramped. The tile and decorating in the bathroom was nice. Everything was clean. King bed room had a couch. This hotel is your typical Crowne Plaza, older hotel that has weird sounds from the HVAC and elevators, but all the rooms have been redecorated in the last ten years.

The bed felt very good but very small. My biggest problem was that all the plugs were at the desk and NO WHERE ELSE in the room.. inconvenient and annoying ruined my whole experience. I love the room service and cleanliness

I stayed at this property for work. My room is well appointed and clean. The mattress on the bed was excellent. The excellent staff rounded out an overall good experience.
