Clean comfortable rooms, helpful staff, nice full breakfast. For us, the perfect location.

The stay was great! Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The fact we could have our dog as well was amazing. Their breakfast was great and the location is right near alot of shops and restaurants.

Stayed three nights, never got housekeeping or clean towels. First day was my mistake by putting the "no housekeeping today" sign on door while in the shower. (forgot to remove it). The second day housekeeping woke us up at 8:00 AM wanting to clean the room. I asked her to return later. We left the room at 11:00 AM and returned at 10:00 PM - room unmade and no clean towels. There is no "DO NOT DISTURB" sign in the room to communicate with housekeeping. Otherwise a great clean place and I would give it 5 stars.

As soon as I got there, I got sick with a really bad cold. I called the front desk to find out if they had orange juice and a bottle of water anywhere and Lou, the front desk person said that it was right there at the lobby. I asked if there was room service and he said no and that he could have come at the moment because he was the only one at the front period And I said okay nevermind I'll try to make it over there. As I'm getting dressed to go to the front desk, I hear a knock on my door, it was Lou, he brought me two big bottles of water, two containers of orange juice

Great service, the front desk people are amazing especially Lou Tufano. The rooms are well-maintained recently rehabilitated and have soothing colors and really nice couches lots of room as they had Studios and Suites I've stayed in both. Definitely worth staying at Great location.

Friendly & efficient staff. We had the two bedroom, two bathroom suite which was perfect for our group of four. Breakfast was busy but as should be expected close to checkout on a Sunday. Will stay again next time we're in town for Ravinia.

Awesome. Wonderful service and friendly staff. Only concern is that the loft room in the double has no doors. Not a whole lot of privacy.

Our family stays at this hotel several times a year and it's never once let us down. The location is perfect, there is always ample parking and the staff is over-the-top friendly. More options in the fitness room would be an added bonus, but there is currently a few machines and some free weights.

Love this hotle. Everything I go it's a upstairs downstairs room, With a kitchenette. It's very lovely. Nicely decorated and up to date.
