Great store. The food court is tasty too. The check out lines are ungodly long - always. Parking is like a nut house. Once you get inside it's well worth it.

I frequently visit this location and I truly love the selection and convenience but I'm not sure why they changed how the their food court is handled. First of there's only 1 line to get the main entrees. The line was too long. I preferred how it was before meaning you can go to any station and get what you want. The old way was more efficient and they need to seriously rethink what they decided to do.the self serve salad would be fine if they looked like they were handled wit lh more care. The lettuce looked wilted and unappetizing.

IKEA is generally a very useful space to be in when your shopping for home furnishings. Not just because they have offerings that are really price competitive but also because the layout of their stores is conducive to a shopper using their imagination to create their spaces in ways that they might not have considered before, regardless of whether you find what you're looking for there. The staff is friendly and the prices can't be beat. One of my favorite things to do is stop off for a quick bite at the café on the way out the door!

Great store, has everything you could possibly need. Bring a fully charged phone and bottle of Xanax in case you get separated from your group and end up wandering around for hours and you decide to give up and become part of the store. Also, unless you have a strong tolerance for slow walkers, a lot of people all with carts, screaming kids, long lines and love to play the game of "where is this? Is it upstairs? Is it on the floor we just came from? Do not tell me we just passed it and it's on the other side of the store and we have to go back! I swear my feet are going to fall off." Then go on a weekend! If not, then weekdays are a lot less hectic!

This store has some good and valuable products for your house. Amazing value for product plus varied collection. Staff is good too.
Return process is very slow and always have to wait 45mins to hour for the same. Need to work on it.

Spent 2 hours just exploring the 3rd floor! Prices are great. Lots of things to find. Can't wait to get back.

I love Ikea.. this place has rooms setup for inspiration, a simple cafeteria type restaurant (with decent food and vegetarian and kid options!). It's best to shop with help as you load your own cart and vehicle (although workers are sometimes available and able to help). Bring your own bags or be ready to buy one there. All of the furniture I have from here has lasted multiple years!

This would be a five out of five, I marked down just for the sheer hassle of the parking lot and lack of pedestrian walkways, AND the checkout lines are usually a bit of a cluster mess. BUT, the upstairs cafe is outstanding, along with the super inexpensive hot dogs and ice cream cones! It goes without saying that their items are top notch unique quality items. I love our books cases and everything I've purchased from there. Highly recommend if you can get over the crowds. Try going early, it's your best bet.

It's Ikea. Great pricing for cool decor. But honestly the place is a maze and does a GREAT job keeping you inside shopping for more stuff you may or may not need make a list on the website before you come and stick to it (that's my $0.02). Good luck!

This store is, in one word, epic! IKEA is a world-renowned furniture brand, so definitely a must stop shop for furnishing needs. Perhaps their crowning glory is the third floor café. Tasty food at very reasonable low, low prices! You absolutely MUST try the Swedish meatballs (unless of course you are vegetarian, in which case you don't, but otherwise you must). Delicious! This is a fun place to shop, even with kids. In either case, you will probably work up an appetite just navigating the store. Now you can even go grocery shopping here "I get food from a furniture store." (Man, you crazy!) Crazy delicious!

Love coming here. Usually spend about 3 hours here though (I'm not normally much of a shopper). Three levels and cool escalators that your cart rides on. Eating place on the top level. I really like the unique designs of the furniture sold at Ikea.

This company is terrible, they made me go up and down from one floor to another looking for the item numbers. So I did that because there was nobody in the section that could help me. I went from one floor to another searching for the item numbers. They checked me out made me pay and then go setup for home delivery. I paid, then setup for home delivery now I have spent three hours at this location only to find out that they didn't even have the item that they made me pay for. So then they tell me to go to another location and order the item and they would include it on the same delivery. So I do just that, I drive clear on the otherside of Chicago to get the items that I need only for them to make me wait for another two hours to tell me that they cannot deliver it for another two weeks. So I tell that that I want to just cancel the whole order. So then they convince me that they will get it to me on the same order. So I, thinking that a company this large is reputable and will stand behind their word, I agreed. Well here comes the delivery company at 3:45 PM after saying that I need to wait for them between 9:00 am and 1:00 PM. Guess what? The items are wrong. So I call IKEA and all they can say after I have wasted 13.5 Hours of my life trying to get something from them. Nothing we can do. So I tell them to come pick up the stuff and that I don't want it, since they can't deliver the correct items. They said that I have to store the items until they can come pick them up. Terrible Customer Service, A Waste of My Time. I definitely do not recommend them.

My first option for any furniture needs. Also always enjoy walking and browsing there, quite a bit of curious stuff. Caffe pretty good and cheap. Service nice. Recently exchanged 8 year old chair (last year of warranty) - got a brand new one in 15 min no questions asked.
