Great front desk staff is only the beginning. Hotel is clean and the staff couldn't be nicer. Rooms are fantastic and up to date.

I travel a lot, and by far this is a different experience. The staff is exceptional, rooms are cozy, and the front desk let's you feel at home. Fatou at the front desk/bar helped me beyond expectation. Made sure that I had everything I needed. Can not wait to come back.

I haven't actually stayed here yet but I just wanted to write a review about how awesome this hotel was about cancelling my reservation. I booked through Expedia and bought the travel protection plan but basically unless I had a medical emergency I couldn't cancel. So Expedia called the hotel directly and they gave me a 100% refund without any problems. I'll definitely be staying here in the future when I do visit Atlanta!

The stay was pleasant. The staff was the best part of the stay. They were very attentive, polite, and professional. The rooms were pretty nice. The location is great too.

Great location!! The rooms were super clean and the front desk staff was amazing. Amazing place to eat 2 blocks away The Landmark Diner, recommended by hotel. The bartender was really nice and went out of her way to help get us towels for the hot tub. I would definitely stay here again!!

This is my second time staying at this amazing hotel. Monique and Marquis were the most welcoming. Marquis should get an award for being so funny and helpful. I will stay at this hotel and recommend it to all my friends. Breakfast staff were also so pleasant. The omelet maker was so sweet. Marquis I have 1 question in the bank for my next visit lol.

Very nice hotel. It's in a great location to be close to all of the attractions in the Atlanta area. But most of all the hotel is super clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. I would come back again and again. Plus the breakfast is amazing. To order omlettes and waffles!

Far better service than the four star high rise hotel we stayed at in Buckhead last week! The other place was nice and all, but here the staff were super friendly, courteous, and respectful to our family. We paid less here, got free breakfast, better pillows, more comfy beds, newspaper and extra towels at our door in the mornings. Breakfast staff, Elizabeth, Theresa(?), and all front desk at each shift are amazing. Would definitely recommend staying here. Sure there are bigger and fancier hotels in the area, but the service we got for the price we paid was fantastic!

The front desk and dining staff are outstanding. They make every effort to know your name and provide service that is above and beyond. The housekeeping staff, however, was disappointing. On 3 separate days, my room was left unfinished. One night I came back to my room with my bed pulled at a diagonal away from the wall and the bed pillows sitting in a chair with no pillowcases. The location, the excellent daily breakfast and the amenities make this hotel a real find. The rooms are a little tired and need a little TLC. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is a great value. It is an older hotel but very well maintained. The shuttle service they offer is awesome. Took us to dinner, theater and back to hotel at the end of the evening. All included with the room. A very nice bar, great breakfast and the staff was great, parking great. Will definitely go back.

I love the staff, everyone are so nice, friendly and welcoming! No exceptionsThe room are very big, the bed is very, very comfy! Breakfast is very good and diverse compared to othe American hotel complimentary breakfast! I will recommend this hotel to my co-workers Thank you thank you!

Super comfortable and friendly staff. Everyone was super knowledgable about the area's activities. Located right around plenty of nice restaurants and nightlife. Breakfast was great as there was more than enough to choose from. The beds were great and the rooms were clean and put together nicely. In all it was a great stay.
