Bed was decent and the room was clean. The breakfast was pretty standard for a free hotel breakfast. The staff was kind and attentive.

Very nice, great service. Clean. I couldn't give a 5 star because of It does need a bit updating. Mirror slides off the rack in bathroomold, rail needs replacing. Windows need repainting around edges.

Got a one bedroom suite. The kitchen is useful having 2 kids to feed and it's nice being able to hang out/ watch TV after they go to bed. Room was pretty clean. The free breakfast is nice and the ladies there are lovely. My 2 year old son loves them! The valet is a little pricey, but convenient.

This is a nice option for staying in the heart of midtown. You can easily walk to tons of restaurants and museums, and it's very convenient for a lot of the midtown office buildings. It's a pleasant area to walk around. The rooms are fine, nothing terribly special, but comfortable and clean. The beds are comfy. It's also handy to have access to a kitchenette. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Perfectly adequate hotel with a great location. The kitchen and bedroom area is fine with an odd combination of accent color and some trendy decorations with 1980s hotel furnishings. The shower is disappointing.

Stayed in a suite. Nice place. Complimentary breakfast was not so great. Room was nice and cool and I slept really well. Easy access to restaurants and my company's office.

Ugh. This is the hardest bed I've ever slept on.😣😵😒 I'm writing this review as I'm laying in this bed. At least I brought my own pillow. If you like an extra firm bed, then by all means book here. I thought I booked a room with two queen beds, it's a queen and queen pull out which is even worse. It's a spacious suite, so that's a plus. Parking is $30 😡 hope the free breakfast will make up for that.

Update, bed was so uncomfortable. Shower was nice. Breakfast was okay. Super close to target so that was convenient

This is a decent place to stay, however, be careful before you make a business trip reservation. I am currently staying here for 6 weeks on business and they have charged my personal credit card (put down for incidentals) over 150 dollars for parking. There are notes in the reservation explicitly stating to charge the corporate card for this, and yet it's still been a process to get this resolved. The front desk staff has been polite, however, none have been very convincing that they are going to handle the credit card mishap appropriately for the rest of my time here. Just make sure to check your own account if you are here on business.

Nicest location to stay in Atlanta. High ceiling, loft-style room. Very attentive staff. Room felt like in a cave though, due to dim light & view to adjacent building wall.

Got the 2 bdrm suite this time with a colleague. High ceilings and well kept. The free breakfast in the morning is a great eat and run before heading to any meetings in Midtown Atlanta. The lobby offers free coffee and tea 24/7. This is my 3rd stay here.

I love this place. The staff is excellent from the management down to the maids and grounds keepers. Everyone is so nice and polite giving great customer service. The food is good, fresh, well presented. The rooms clean and comfortable. The grounds well taken care of. The pool area is clean and well stocked with towels. I love it when employees take pride in a job well done and this hotel is doing it ALL right. Service is outstanding and this is a Great place to stay.

I made the Residence Inn my home for a week while I was attending a music festival close by at Center Stage. The check in process was a breeze and the staff went out of their way to track down my rewards number and link it to my account; they spent a good 3-4 days figuring everything out for me and went above and beyond instead of just forgetting about it and doing nothing.

I had a room with a full kitchen, which I always try to get if I'm staying somewhere for an extended time frame. The kitchen had all the utensils needed and it was nice to have a full fridge instead of one of those mini dorm room fridges. On a bit of a tangent, there are still some hotels which supply no fridge at all, which I completely do not understand. I guess they are trying to force you to buy everything through them instead of outside the property.

Anyway, the Residence Inn was very clean, my room was made up every day or not, depending on what I decided. I didn't have people banging on my door asking me if I wanted it cleaned or not. The price was about right for the location and time of year and I've already booked my room for my return trip at the end of 2017.

I wouldn't say the hotel is in the center of all the action and the closest grocery store is a few blocks away, but easily done with Uber. However, the hotel does offer grocery shopping at no additional cost (as far as I remember). You just submit your list and you'll get same day delivery. This is the first time I'd seen this offered by a hotel and it's a nice little perk so you don't have to carry bags of groceries in the 90+ degree heat.

I recommend the Residence Inn if you'll be staying in Atlanta!

Rooms are nice, large. Very clean. Staff are friendly. Beds are comfortable and pillows are fluffy. Would stay again. Breakfast is as expected but not amazing.
