Staff and location is amazing. Property is a bit dated but still kept up very nice. Walking distance to downtown and very close to highways.
Decent hotel, especially if you're on a budget. The gym is small, but you can get a good workout in if that's what you need. The staff is super friendly. It was an anniversary weekend in Asheville for my husband and I. We decided to get a cheaper hotel so we could spend more on eating all the bomb noms around town. The staff picked up these amazing cupcakes from a local bakery and had them in our room for us when we arrived. Talk about service the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because the rooms are "meh", typical hotel rooms, felt a little old, but totally what we expected.
Location was not bad, just about two blocks from everything good. The place it's self looks pretty nice, and is very clean. The rooms are very nice and clean, but just a little dated. The staff was very friendly and kind, giving suggestions on activities and reccomending some great restaurants. As soon as we checked in, our room key did work, they helped us immediately and then called to check on us a few minutes after settling into the room. Breakfast was pretty good, maybe a little overpriced, but convenient and worth it. Would defiantly stay again.
Location is favorable and an easy walk to downtown Asheville. Rooms are average to above average. Amenities and services are lacking compared to any recent hotel I've stayed at. It's a function of location versus hotel experience, unfortunately choose one.
I just checked out of the Sheraton 4 points in Asheville today, 10/10/17. We had a horrible stay. We organized a destination wedding to Asheville so we booked a block of rooms. I complained 3 times about the air conditioning not working. It never got fixed and we never were offered another room. It must have been 85 degrees. Don’t go there. For over $309 a night it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

After multiple stays over many years this hotel has always been a great stay. Always clean, friendly staff, comfortable beds, and good breakfast. Location is great to walk downtown and also get on and off the highway with ease.
Very nicely renovated. Haven't stay here in years and the last time it was a mess and out of date. Four Points is a very very nice place to spend s few evenings that is certainly located so you can walk most anywhere you need to go. In house restaurant if you don't care to get out. Rooms have coffee maker and mini refrigerator. I'll definitely stay again when in area. Wonderful and friendly staff too!
The staff at Four Points go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. I would stay here again!
Great hotel that's walking distance to downtown Asheville. Our room was nice and clean. The front desk and management was very accommodating and really made the stay much more enjoyable.
Staff was very accommodating. Called at 8pm so our family could get a quick rest before we headed out the next day. Room was clean, beds comfortable, linens were clean and fresh smelling. Not sure why I saw some really bad reviews. It's not the Ritz, but for a quick night's stay--perfect
Rooms were not cleaned, no bathroom fan (smells came into room), towels looked stained.
I was charged $200 for a smoking fee and their proof was a picture of some dirt on the table and they said the room smelled of smoke, which is not possible considering I did not smoke in their room. I had to call several times just in order for them to email me their "proof".
Even though I had the "do not disturb" sign on my door while I was gone they still came into my room and left a note saying they came in but didn't clean? I thought the whole point of a "do not disturb" sign was too let the staff know you would like your room to be left alone. It just gave me and uneasy feeling.
Also a little over half of the time I tried to use my keys they had been "demagnetized" and I had to go back to the front desk from the fourth floor every time. Perhaps get a more reliable key entry system?
I have never had such a stressful hotel experience, it's almost as if the people at this hotel have just given up and are trying to make as much money as possible so they can fix their gross hotel. I'd pay a little extra any day just not too have to deal with crap like this.
My stay here at Four Points by Sheraton in Asheville was the best!!!! They have clean rooms and clean public guest areas not to mention the excellent customer service and professionalism from the employees. Nice size bathtub in the rooms with automatic body-wash,shampoo, and conditioner dispensers, which I thought was pretty cool!! The manager Stephen Foster went above and beyond to meet all of the needs my boyfriend and I needed for our stay (Thanks Again Stephen!!!) I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to any of my friends staying in Asheville!! Stephen Foster and the management and employees at Four Points by Sheraton in Asheville made our trip to Asheville 100% times better than it would have been staying at any other hotel!!! You can't find a better place to stay for the price and would still recommend Four Points if there was!!!
