Got this room at the last minute and got an excellent rate. It was very comfortable and roomy for 3 adults and one rambunctious 6 year old. Didn't have to go out and eat as kitchen had everything you needed to cook with. Grocery store just 2 miles away. I'd say we got a great deal for our two night stay..will definitely stay again.
Great location! Within half a mile of the Biltmore and downtown. The condos are really nice and fully furnished. The showers are awesome! Front desk has a great selection of hot teas. There is an outdoor hot tub that is pretty cool. The fitness room smelled like pot and could use some major renovations - or just get rid of it/don't advertise it.
Beautiful area, very conveniently located. Check-in and check-out was a little difficult to find in the dark, but very quick. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Room was clean and in good order, but my word, the bed was ridiculously hard. For $176 a night and a place associated with the Biltmore, I wasn't anticipating feeling every spring in my back all night.
We stayed at The Residences at Biltmore last night. After having an airbnb in the mountains for the previous 3 nights we were excited to stay downtown. The location is convenient and the room is cute, spacious and updated. The only complaint I have is the noise from above us. If you stay, you should definitely stay on the top floor. We could hear every footstep they took, including late at night and early in the morning. And I'm assuming they had kids because it was constant footsteps. A lot of the time it sounded like they were bowling above us. It was by far the worst part of the stay and the sole reason I rated them a 3. If you can handle the noise from above then everything else was good.
Quiet location, we had 3 bedroom suite and loved the common area to spend time with friends. The hot tub and pool were great. Some okay places close by, but we mostly drove to areas of interest. Very busy and dangerous intersection. Beds were fair to good, staff was helpful and service was good. We would book again.
Very nice room with plenty of space. Up to date kitchen with great cooking utensils. The shower and bath area also have plenty of space too. It is walking distance to the Biltmore Estate.
Nice good looking hotel/apartments. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Unfortunately the wood floors transfer and amplify every footstep. It sounded like the people staying above us were clomping around all the time. We received a call from the front desk who advised the people staying below us were complaining because of the clomping noise coming from our unit. We have no children and were only walking around like normal (no jumping around or stomping). I probably would not stay at The Residences of Biltmore again. We spent to much money to have to deal with all the noise issues.
mixed experience. booked a 1 bedroom apartment for a 3 night stay. rooms were spacious and clean. front desk ladies were very friendly. good location, you can walk to biltmore village. pool area was too crowded with screaming children and the nearby road can be noisy at times. also important to know: this is a 100% smoke-free property. in principle I welcome this but you're not even allowed to smoke on your private balcony/patio. there is a small smoking area next to where dogs do their business, but depending on the location of your apartment this can be quite a walk. especially annoying in bad weather
Lovely place to stay for a couple who don't want to be couped up in just a hotel room and want to cook a few meals instead of eating out the whole time. Well appointed kitchen to cook if you want, balcony to relax outside, nice bathroom with large double vanity and large tiled shower, close to everything, especially the Biltmore. Our room was clean and our bed was comfortable. It was very quiet and there is a pool with a pretty waterfall and a fire pit. We had a great 4 days here for our anniversary 😊
Staying overnight at Asheville, we looked up the most visited tourist areas, and the Biltmore came up. I have to say, they price for an all day pass seems overpriced, until you get on the grounds. It's breathtakingly beautiful. Those not interested in history (like my wife) are in awe of the serene gardens and detailed interiors. Plus plenty of social media picture opportunities. I splurged for the audio guide which gave me all the fun history facts I love. Great experience
HAD A GREAT TIME VISITING BILTMORE. THE WINE TASTING WAS EXCELLENT AND THE TOUR WAS A GREAT TIME. LOVE THE STRAWBERRY CREAM CHEESE DIP. AND ALL THE WINES. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT.
Your home but better!! Amazing jet tub, comfy beds, cozy fireplace, fully stocked kitchen(Seriously- Everything is covered!!) And a large pool with a Jacuzzi all make this an amazing home away from home.
We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and exactly like the pictures. The outdoor pool and hot tub were wonderful perks. Would highly recommend.
The location of the Residences at Biltmore could not be more perfect. Near downtown, near shops, it was great. It is also a very nice property, the room was large and well appointed. However, there is a reason for the 3 star review. Don't go out late if you expect to park near the 3rd level. There was no space. I asked about the issue and was told 'There is parking available in the lower lot" (very far and very low from or room, exacerbated by heavy rain.) I don't know the solution, they can't make more spaces appear, unless they assign spaces per unit. But the answer that was given was not helpful. The phone was not answered on several attempts on the same night to deal with a maintenance issue with the TV. I won't stay again, but you might have a wonderful experience. The potential is there, I was just unlucky.
Excellent pricing. Service was phenomenal. Could call front desk for about any thing needed. Condos were spacious. Clean when we checked in. Near lots of nice locations.
