I loved my stay, the hotel was incredibly clean and welcoming. Breakfast was good, there were cookies to snack on and coffee as.well in the lobby at all times. I will definitely return.

Extremely quick check in. She gave us access to information about Asheville including brochures. We used them to determine our food choices. Also gave us directions to places around. Room was pristine and comfortable with good amenities

Very clean, nicely decorated and loved our room. We reserved the King Suite with separate bedroom area and were surprised to see a whirlpool tub in the room! They had upgraded us because they had no more of our rooms available for the same price! The sofa bed was the most comfortable one I've ever seen! Must have been a nice memory foam type of mattress. Nice breakfast buffet, as well!

This hotel was in a great location, the people at the front desk were friendly and helpful, our room was super clean and spacious with all the amenities, and breakfast was great! They even have little cookies or fruit you can grab on the go as well as coffee or tea all day. I have no complaints with the hotel except something they can't control, but for my fellow travelers important to note at the time I'm writing this, they're building what looks to be another hotel next door, which woke us up earlier than planned. But all things considered, this was an excellent stay and I would highly recommend.

Great and clean hotel, reasonably priced and very comfortable beds. Location is great - right beside the outlet mall and only a 10-15 minute drive from downtown. I can't say enough about the free hot breakfast, it was great and varies from day to day. In addition, they have cookies and fruit available at any time of the day at the entrance. Very pleased with my stay, especially considering the price. We had the King Jetted tub room and it was great to be able to relax in the tub watching TV.

My husband and I were very pleased with our stay. The price was great. It is extremely clean, the room is very large and it has a closet. Our room provided a comfortable king size bed, a coffee maker, iron & ironing board and a hair dryer. They provide a nice hot and cold breakfast. This hotel is conviently located right off of 1-26. There is a very nice Ingles grocery store within walking distance. We will definitely stay here during our future trips to Asheville.

I loved it here!
We came for Christmas and the staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the bed was so comfortable. Everything about the hotel was inviting.

The breakfast was delicious, and I appreciate the staff not judging me for all the cookies I kept taking from the front! They were so warm & gooey and perfect!

And we even got a free gift at the outlet mall for staying at Country Inn & Suites.

They were extremely friendly. My girlfriend forgot her charger and the man working the counter loaned her his personal charger. As far as the general hotel quality went, the rooms were clean and the price was great. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a nice hotel with a great breakfast. I would definitely stay again and the employees were all nice and courteous. I have one major complaint is parking. If you drive a car you'll have no issues. There is only one spot per room. One of the nights we were there cars were everywhere and my vehicle was trapped. The second night I parked at the grocery store next door. This lot is not built for large vehicles. I was driving a full size extended cab pickup with a long bed and it just didn't work well in the lot. If you pull a trailer you'll have to park at the grocery store. I talked to another guest who had done the same as me parking next door.
