This is a great hospital. The staff was pretty friendly when I checked into the emergency room. The wait time was a bit long approx 4 to 5 hours, but the staff was transparent about wait times. The doctor and nurses were pretty great. Doctor was great, really took his time and listened and wanted to help.
Got sick on my vacation and had to go here, but couldn't have went to a better hospital during a vacation tbh.response / report this review -

My wife and I used to love this hospital back in the day. It was always a very pleasant experience and I always received stellar customer service, but in the recent couple of years it has really declined. I went in over the weekend not feeling so well and was seen by a practitioner who didn't really check me out properly. Didn't give me the proper medication to help me get better. I followed up with another doctor, who diagnosed me with something completely different. Gave me the correct medication needed to help me get better. I will not return to this hospital until they improve things.

Mine was only a routine, inpatient procedure, but we were so positively impressed by the caring quality of the facility it deserves to be conveyed. From the warm welcome of the attentive staff, to the professional concern and quality of the skilled practitioners, not to mention the impeccable upkeep and concern for detail in every aspect of the grounds, the minimal wait time and concern for comfort, no detail was overlooked in making things as personal and caring as can be.

I came into this hospital the night of 10.15.17, as I was taken back to an observation room I witnessed a woman hysterically crying speaking to a charge nurse regarding the doctor on duty only giving her pills and sending her home without properly helping her. When I made it to my observation room I was met with, I can only assume the same doctor. I explained my condition, she was in a rush to get me in and send me home. I asked to be admitted so that they would administer antibiotics via IV so that I would be able to get a very painful cyst lanced sooner rather than later but they refused even though I have insurance. I became very upset as I felt they were trying to do the samething that I had seen to that woman, I asked the doctor on duty to leave my room several times so that I can get dressed and leave but she wouldn't she stood in my room and threatened to call security on me. I found myself in the position of hysterically crying to a charge nurse who also had no empathy. I then went to Poinciana hospital where I was offered a lancing with a better and more empathetic staff. I will never come to celebration ever again, this used to be a great hospital and now I have heard nothing but horror stories of negligence and patients being rushed out for use of their beds.

This hospital is wonderful. I was at Disney and developed afib. I was taken in immediately with no wait and treated. They got my heart back in rhythm and kept me overnight for observation. The nursing staff was fantastic. All were kind and compassionate. The doctors were very good. I wouldn't hesitate to go there again if I were in the area and needed help. I just wanted at also say how much I appreciated this hospital encouraging in my faith as well as encouraging prayer. That made so much difference in my recovery.

Walking into this hospital was like the first time I heard Hotel California. This is by far the best hospital in the state of Florida PERIOD. Honestly, they should open a hotel. The staff is exceptional, the food is exceptional, the treatment is exceptional, the ambiance is exceptional. These people know what they are doing. Florida Celebration Hospital has my highest recommendation.

Thank you to Kayley (RN) in the L&D ward for making my birthing experience amazing! From the moment I got admitted to her wheeling me into my recovery room; she was fantastic! Everything she did was to make sure my comfort and pain level were tolerable throughout my entire labor. She coached me through my delivery. She was not pushy or have a poor attitude. She was always smiling and genuinely seems to love her job. She made my delivery experience that much better. Her and Judith (my midwife) were my favorite of all the Staff that tended to me that day. They were all wonderful but Kayley and Judith went above and beyond to make me feel special and help bring my little girl into this world.

I go here twice a week for occupational Therapy and can only describe it in one word: Wonderful.
I couldn't ask more from the occupational Therapy and physical therapy crew, they are all amazing people who know what they are doing and do it right. None of them ever seem to be in a bad mood and greet me daily with a smile.
If there is somewhere to go, celebration hospital is it.

What an amazing hospital. Each and every member of staff were magic and couldn't do enough. The service was the best I have ever experienced. Having to go to hospital whilst on holiday from the UK is the last thing you want to do, but the staff treated us like family. Thank you so much x

Very supportive staff and a positive vibe is always there. Doctors and nurses are very friendly. One of my family membera was admitted here for her delivery and she herself is very satisfied with the care and support of the staff and doctors.

The reason people hate or fear hospitals!! Please never go here. My boyfriend was rushed to the hospital and when I got there and notified them they acted like I wasn't even there. 0 notifications at all until I complained. The head nurse was beyond rude to someone worried about their loved ones. Not only that but everything they did to him seemed like nothing more than an excuse to raise the bill unnecessarily - not to help him. My boyfriend explained that the doctors and nurses laughed at him throughout the process before they sedated him and unnecessarily put him on life support. Worst experience. These people are EVIL.

If I had to be in the hospital; I am glad it was here. Very clean. Very professional. ER was fast. Inpatient stay was good. Great doctors. I was on Disney vacation when I got sick. Going to the hospital seemed like going to the place where dreams die. But the staff not only healed my body but cheered me up too. Can't thank them enough.
